In return for full and final settlement of the Buddi Litigation, the Group has agreed to pay a total of £38.5 million cash to the Claimants. This payment will be split, with £31.5 million payable immediately, and the remaining £7.0 million payable in eighteen monthly instalments. As of 30 June 2025, the Group had provided £35.0 million in respect of an outflow in relation to the Buddi Litigation.
