(BIT:MARR) acquired Bergel + Srl from Ortofrutticola Srl Di Genovesi E Anversa for €4.7 million on January 20, 2026. A consideration of €4.7 million will be paid by MARR S.p.A. As part of consideration, €4.7 million is paid towards common equity of Bergel + Srl. As part of the transaction, Bergel will retain the use of the facility in Zanica.
