공시 • Nov 09Eurocell plc Appoints Iraj Amiri as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination CommitteeEurocell plc announced that the Board has appointed Iraj Amiri as an independent Non-executive Director, with effect from 7 November 2022. He also became a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination Committee from this date. Iraj was a partner with Deloitte for 20 years, leading its national internal audit group and serving clients in the financial, retail and public sectors, and was a recognised global expert and authority on internal audit and assurance functions. During this time, he was also Global Head of Internal Audit for Schroders plc, on a secondment basis, for over 10 years. Iraj is currently a Non-executive Director, and Chair of the Audit Committee, at Coventry Building Society and Development Bank of Wales plc, as well as being a Non-executive Director of Aon UK Ltd. Previously, he was a member of the FCA's Regulatory Decisions Committee and a trustee of the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST). Iraj is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
