Electricity Generating Public Company Limited Announces Executive Changes, Effective July 1, 2025 Electricity Generating Public Company Limited at its AGM held on June 27, 2025, passed the resolutions regarding the resignation of directors, and appointment of directors and members of sub-committees with effective on July 1, 2025. 1. Acknowledgement of the resignation of Mr. Paisan Mahapunnaporn from his chairmanship of the Audit Committee. Mr. Paisan Mahapunnaporn will retire from his directorship at the Shareholders' 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is the same year that the Company's auditors have performed their audit services for seven consecutive years. This aligns with the auditor rotation practice of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) so that the Company is required to propose the appointment of the auditors at the AGM 2026. The resignation is intended to avoid the simultaneous conclusion of duties between the Chaiman of the Audit Committee and the Company's auditors. Electricity Generating Public Company Limited Announces Directorate Changes Electricity Generating Public Company Limited at its Board of Directors in the meeting held on April 11, 2025, acknowledgement of the resignation of Mr. Shinsuke Nakayama from the Investment Committee member, and appointment of Mr. Christopher Robert Starling as a member of Investment Committee to succeed Mr. Shinsuke Nakayama.
