Energy One Limited (ASX:EOL) agreed to acquire Gas Management Services Limited from Fluxys Belgium SA (ENXTBR:FLUX) for £56.1 million. Energy One Limited (ASX:EOL) agreed to acquire Gas Management Services Limited from Fluxys Belgium SA (ENXTBR:FLUX) for £56.1 million on August 19, 2026. The consideration consists of 7.09 million common equity of Energy One Limited to be issued for common equity of Gas Management Services Limited. As part of consideration, an undisclosed value is paid towards common equity of Gas Management Services Limited.
The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer shareholders, approval by regulatory board / committee and approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been unanimously approved by the board. The expected completion of the transaction is by November 2026.

Volue AS proposed to acquire Energy One Limited (ASX:EOL) for AUD 565 million. Volue AS proposed to acquire Energy One Limited (ASX:EOL) for AUD 565 million on July 6, 2026. As part of transaction AUD 16.5 per share is being paid by Volue AS for a consideration of AUD 548.89 million. As of July 22, 2026 the proposal has been revised with AUD 17 per share being paid by the Volue AS for a consideration of AUD 565.52 million and AUD 28.80 million for Energy One Equity Incentive Plan (EIP) will be paid by Volue AS.
The transaction is subject to subject to antitrust regulations, consummation of due diligence investigation, approval by regulatory board / committee, approval of merger agreement by target board, execution of a confidentiality, process and exclusivity deed and approval of offer by acquirer board.
