Mr. Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Legal Studies from Beloit College in 1997. The Board announces that, Mr. Wong Wai Kwan (``Mr. Wong'') has notified the Board that he will resign as an executive director of the Company, with effect from 12 July 2026, due to his other personal and business commitments.
