In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has been provided an initial period of 180 calendar days, or until February 5, 2025 (the Initial Compliance Period"), to regain compliance by satisfying the Bid Price Requirement for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive business days during the Initial Compliance Period.
