For the 2023 financial year, HA PLUS PME posted a turnover of €3.4 million as well as an EBITDA of €0.8 million, representing an EBITDA margin rate greater than 20%. This acquisition would be entirely financed in cash, through non-dilutive resources. As a reminder, at the end of 2023, Obiz benefited from solid available cash flow of €9.2 million.
