Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX:CYL) completed the acquisition of West Bryah Basin copper-gold project in Australia from Star Minerals Limited (ASX:SMS). Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX:CYL) entered into binding agreement to acquire West Bryah Basin copper-gold project in Australia from Star Minerals Limited (ASX:SMS) for AUD 2.7 million on February 18, 2026. A cash consideration of AUD 1 million will be paid by Catalyst Metals Limited. The consideration consists of 0.23 million common equity of Catalyst Metals Limited to be issued for assets of West Bryah Basin copper-gold project in Australia. Catalyst will acquire 16.12 million Star Minerals shares though a placement of AUD 1 million, subject to completion of its purchase of the West Bryah Basin tenements from Star Minerals. In related transaction, Catalyst Metals Limited entered into binding agreement to acquire 50% Bryah Project from Albright Metals Limited for AUD 1.8 million with an option to acquire the remaining 50% for a further AUD 2.2 million.
Completion to occur following receipt of Ministerial and third-party royalty holder consents.

Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX:CYL) completed the acquisition of 50% stake in Bryah Basin exploration tenements in Australia from Albright Metals Ltd (ASX:ABR). Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX:CYL) entered into binding agreement to acquire 50% stake in Bryah Basin exploration tenements in Australia from Albright Metals Ltd (ASX:ABR) for AUD 1.7 million on February 18, 2026. A cash consideration of AUD 1 million will be paid by Catalyst Metals Limited. The consideration consists of 0.11 million common equity of Catalyst Metals Limited to be issued for assets of Bryah Basin exploration tenements in Australia. The terms of the sale agreement also include an option for Catalyst Metals to acquire Albright Metals’ BBMJV tenements, excluding the manganese mineral rights, for an additional consideration of AUD 2.2 million in cash and CYL shares. In related transaction, Catalyst Metals Limited entered into binding agreement to acquire West Bryah Basin copper-gold project in Australia from Star Minerals Limited for AUD 2.7 million.
Completion is conditional on receiving relevant third-party deeds of assignment from royalty holders and a native title party.

Catalyst Metals Limited Announces Board Changes, Effective March 2, 2026 Catalyst Metals Limited announced that Mark Connelly will succeed David Jones as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Catalyst Board, effective March 2, 2026. A transition period will take place over the course of February 2026. Mark Connelly is a highly respected listed-company Chair with extensive leadership experience in the resources industry both in Australia and overseas. He has a strong track record of delivering shareholder value in the gold industry. He most recently was Non-Executive Chair of Warriedar Resources which was subject to a AUD 230 million takeover by Capricorn Metals in November 2025. In 2024, he was also the Chair of Alto Resources that was acquired by Brightstar Resources for AUD 80 million. Earlier in his career, Mr. Connelly was Managing Director and CEO of Papillon Resources and was instrumental in the USD 570 million takeover by B2Gold Corporation in October 2014.
