NGX Limited Announces Change of Company Secretary, Effective 20 June 2025 NGX Limited advised of the appointment of Mr. Lachlan Lynch as Company Secretary, effective 20 June 2025. Mr. Lynch's appointment follows the resignation of Ms. Elizabeth Matthews as Company Secretary, effective 20 June 2025. Mr. Lynch is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary who commenced his career at a large international Chartered Accounting firm and is currently a Financial Controller for the Apollo Group which is involved in a number of listed companies that operate in the resources sector. Mr. Lynch is an experienced Company Secretary with over 10 years' of corporate governance experience. Ms. Matthews has served as NGX's Company Secretary since its demerger, in-specie distribution and subsequent initial public offering to the ASX in June 2023.
