Gideon Tadmor, Rona Orlitzki, Yongil Ltd and Union Investments and Developments Ltd completed the acquisition of 51.76% stake in Cohen Development Gas & Oil Ltd (TASE:CDEV) from Delek Group Ltd. (TASE:DLEKG) on April 19, 2020.
