Market cap: €8.72m (US$9.90m) This is considered a major risk. Companies with a small market capitalization are most likely businesses that have not yet released a product to market or are simply a very small company without a wide reach. Either way, risk is elevated with these companies because there is a chance the product may not come to fruition or the company's addressable market or demand may not be as large as expected. In addition, if the company's size is the main factor, it is less likely to have many investors and analysts following it and scrutinizing its performance and outlook. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 50% per year over the past 5 years. Market cap is less than US$10m (€8.72m market cap, or US$9.90m). The Company has implemented cost-cutting initiatives to mitigate further losses; Impairment losses of plant and equipment and right-of-use assets, which are non-cash items, related to three underperforming business units; A decline in revenue from the food processing, distribution, and procurement services segment due to the expiration of contracts for the supply of ready meals, amid market saturation and challenging macroeconomic conditions.공시 • Apr 30Soup Holdings Limited Approves to Declare A Final (Tax Exempt One- Tier) Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2024Soup Holdings Limited at its AGM held on 29 April 2025, approved To declare a final (tax exempt one- tier) dividend of 0.05 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.공시 • Apr 14+ 1 more updateSoup Holdings Limited Proposes Final Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2024Soup Holdings Limited proposed final dividend of 0.05 cent per ordinary share (2023: 0.20 cent per ordinary share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.Buy Or Sell Opportunity • Sep 10Now 32% overvaluedOver the last 90 days, the stock has fallen 7.9% to €0.035. New Risk • 23hNew major risk - Market cap sizeThe company's market capitalization is less than US$10m. Minor Risk Significant insider selling over the past 3 months (€1.6m sold).

Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Minor Risks Dividend is not well covered by earnings (120% payout ratio). Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Minor Risks Dividend is not well covered by earnings (120% payout ratio). Large one-off items impacting financial results. Profit margins are more than 30% lower than last year (1.1% net profit margin). Market cap is less than US$100m (€13.5m market cap, or US$14.8m).
