Endeavour Group Limited Announces Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary, Effective February 27, 2026 Endeavour Group Limited announced the appointment of Jill Henderson as Company Secretary, following the resignation of Taryn Morton as the Group’s Company Secretary. Jill Henderson joined Endeavour Group as Chief Legal Officer in November 2025 from BHP Limited. Prior to this, Jill held executive roles across people, legal and governance functions in the Qantas Group including as the Chief Legal Counsel - Jetstar Group. Jill commenced her career as a competition and regulatory lawyer at Minter Ellison. In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, Jill Henderson is now the person responsible for communications with ASX in relation to Listing Rules matters. The changes to the Company Secretaries are effective February 27, 2026. Taryn Morton has served as Company Secretary since Endeavour demerged and listed on the ASX in 2021. 공고 • Jan 13
Endeavour Group Limited Announces Management Changes At ALH Hotels Endeavour Group Limited announced that ALH Hotels Managing Director, Paul Carew, will step down from his role in January 2026 to pursue other career opportunities. Paul Walton, Director of Pinnacle Drinks, has assumed the role of ALH Hotels Managing Director on an interim basis. Paul previously served as interim Managing Director of ALH Hotels for two years and is therefore very familiar with the operations of the business. Endeavour Group Announces Managing Director of BWS Scott Davidson to Step Down Effective End of November 2025 Endeavour Group announced that BWS Managing Director, Scott Davidson, will step down later this year after more than five years in the position. Mr. Davidson, who will remain in the role for the Christmas-trade planning period, will leave the company at the end of November, and a process will commence for succession. Scott Davidson has made an enormous contribution to the Group as Endeavour's inaugural Managing Director of BWS following the company's demerger from Woolworths in 2021. After an association with Endeavour Group businesses that stretches back to roles with ALH in 2005, Mr. Davidson has decided now is the right time to hand the baton to drive the next phase of growth at BWS. BGH Capital Reportedly Hires Bank to Mull over Deal for Endeavour BGH Capital is understood to have tapped investment bank Morgan Stanley earlier this year to weigh a buyout proposal for the $7 billion-plus Endeavour Group limited (ASX:EDV), sources say. It comes as the Woolworths pubs and liquor spin-off made a surprise announcement on Tuesday that it had hired former Virgin Australia boss and ex a2 Milk chief Jayne Hrdlicka as new chief executive, to start in January. DataRoom understands the company approached various high-profile executives for the job, including current chief executive of The a2 Milk Company David Bortolussi, while high-profile retail executive and outgoing Air New Zealand boss Greg Foran was also asked if he would be interested. Sources say BGH Capital backed away from a possible Endeavour Group buyout several weeks ago. One stumbling block to the transaction may have been trying to establish how BGH would fund the buyout, what with the group's pubs housing slot machines. Private Equity Firm Reportedly Recently Weighed Bid for Endeavour Private equity has been back around $7 billion Woolworths spin-off Endeavour Group Limited (ASX:EDV) as recently as days ago, say sources, but the deal talks have gone cold amid volatile market conditions. DataRoom understands the group on the scene was a private equity firm with executives on the ground in Australia. It comes with talk of one of the industry's best retail operatives being courted to run the business and separate speculation that a party has been considering an acquisition of an Australian retail liquor business, which could suggest the buyout fund may have had a corporate carve-out of Endeavour on its agenda.
