The Board, having considered the financial and cash flow position of the Group and for the purpose of offering a better return to the Shareholders and investors, recommended the payment of the Special Dividend. Based on 700,000,000 Shares in issue, the Special Dividend, if declared and paid, will amount to an aggregate amount of RMB 35,000,000 (tax inclusive). According to the articles of association of the Company, the Special Dividend will be denominated and declared in RMB.
