Bell Equipment Limited Announces Board Committee Changes, Effective 11 June 2026 Bell Equipment Limited announced that as previously announced on the Stock Exchange News Service on 3 December 2025, Mr. Derek Lawrance stepped down as an independent non-executive director at the conclusion of the AGM on 4 June 2026, having served on the Bell Equipment Board for 10 years. Accordingly, he also ceased to be a member and Chairperson of the Audit Committee, a member and Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee. In terms of paragraph 6.71(c)of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that with effective from 11 June 2026, Mr. Harish Ramsumer, an independent non-executive director and Audit Committee member, will serve as Chairperson of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
