Provides an Update on Exploration Activities and the Preliminary Results from the Maricunga Project, Located in ChileBearing Lithium Corp. provided an update on exploration activities and the preliminary results from the Maricunga Project, located in Chile. As announced on January 27, 2021, the Company commenced additional exploration at the Maricunga Project with the aim of expanding the current resource, which is from near surface to 200m depth, to include the interval between 200m and 400m. Minera Salar Blanco ("MSB") has now completed the first two of five diamond core hole (S-25 and S-26) to the target depth of 400m ahead of schedule, with undisturbed core samples collected and sent for analysis in 200m to 400m intervals for laboratory measurement of drainable porosity and other hydraulic parameters. MSB has also undertaken positive preliminary field analysis which will provide valuable information. The geological structure expected have been confirmed for the interval, with the sequence of coarse grained NW Alluvial sediments, followed by the Upper Volcanoclastics, the Lower Sands and the Lower Volcanoclastics. These units confirm the existing hydrogeological model of the area, all with favourable specific yield and permeability characteristics. In addition, results from the samples collected at 12m intervals during the drilling have shown positive brine density, with preliminary measurements at the wellhead indicating higher lithium concentrations. Holes S-25 and S-26 were completed as monitoring wells to a depth of 400m, and will be used as observation wells during the long-term pumping test planned in adjacent production well P-5. Drilling for the project's 2019 Definitive Feasibility Study, established that there was a thick sequence of volcaniclastic material (established by MSB's historical S-19 exploration hole drilled to 362m, Figure 1) beneath gravel and near surface clay units in the "OldCode" concessions. This zone has high drainable porosity and permeability that is considerably higher than near surface units. It is expected that the new expansion of project brine reserve supports the 20 year-plus mine life for the project. Optimisation of the production process continues with GEA Messo in Germany, with basic engineering already commenced for the re-sizing of the plant. Detailed scope of ork for Worley already defined. Activities expected to commence during April.공고 • Feb 23Bearing Lithium Corp., Annual General Meeting, Apr 29, 2021Bearing Lithium Corp., Annual General Meeting, Apr 29, 2021. Provides A Significant Update on the Advanced Progress of the Maricunga Lithium Project in ChileBearing Lithium Corp. provided a significant update on the advanced progress of the Maricunga Lithium Project in Chile as announced by Minera Salar Blanco ("MSB"). The company's proposed Maricunga Stage One has a nameplate capacity of 15,000 tonnes-per-year of lithium carbonate production, with significant future expansion potential from subsequent stages. The Maricunga project, the highest-grade, undeveloped lithium project in Chile, is managed by Minera Salar Blanco (MSB), which is owned by LPI (51%), Borda Group (31%) and Bearing Lithium (18%). A new field program will be undertaken from February 2021 to update detailed engineering work to re-size and optimise the revised Maricunga Stage One development. The program consists of 2,400m of drilling, along with sampling and hydraulic testing activities. This work is in line with the announcement made by the Company on 9 December 2020 to advance the Maricunga project in a number of stages and by fast- tracking a Stage One development based on the tenements known as `Old Code' concessions. The target is to expand the current resource, which is from near surface to 200m depth, to include the interval between 200m and 400m. Drilling for the project's DFS established that there was a thick sequence of volcaniclastic material (established by MSB's historical S-19 exploration hole drilled to 362m) beneath gravel and near surface clay units in the `Old Code' concessions. This zone has high drainable porosity and permeability that is considerably higher than near surface units. Expansion of the resource would result in expansion of the project brine reserve, potentially supporting a 20 year-plus mine life for the project. Drilling contracts have been awarded to international companies Major Drilling and Andinor, and all drilling equipment has been mobilised to site. Additionally, conceptual and numerical hydro-geological models including LEAPFROG, SGeMS and FEFLOW will be updated by Atacama Waters (formerly FloSolution) with the new exploration information and all existing information from the 2019 Definitive Feasibility Study. That would allow the existing resources and reserves within the "Old Code" concessions to be fully revised. An updated Definitive Feasibility Study will then be prepared by Worley and GEA Messo in accordance with JORC and NI 43-101 international standards. In parallel with this Stage One work, MSB will continue to evaluate and progress alternative development plans for the subsequent stages with Codelco, potential other parties and the Chilean authorities. The aim of these subsequent stages is to continue with the original strategy to consolidate the Maricunga Salar by developing the remainder of its mining concessions, known as "New Code" concessions, to provide substantial organic growth for the project. Activities associated with engineering and financing will continue, complementing the adjustments on the Stage One design of the project and to ensure continuity in fast-tracking the development timeline through 2021.Is New 90 Day High Low • Jan 20New 90-day high: CA$0.27The company is up 35% from its price of CA$0.20 on 21 October 2020. Announces Staged Development of the Maricunga Lithium Project in ChileBearing Lithium Corp. provided a significant update on the advanced progress of the Maricunga Lithium Project in Chile as announced by MSB today. The Maricunga project, the highest-grade, undeveloped lithium project in Chile, is managed by Minera Salar Blanco (MSB) which is owned by Lithium Power International Limited (LPI) (51%), Borda Group (31%) and Bearing Lithium (BRZ) (18%). MSB and its three owners (LPI, Borda Group, and Bearing) has decided to advance the low cost Maricunga Lithium Brine Project in a number of stages by fast-tracking a first stage development. This development strategy will be undertaken as MSB also continues to pursue the original and larger project. The initial development stage will be based on the properties known as `Old Code' concessions. These licenses are grandfathered from the current lithium legislation and do not require any further significant permitting for lithium production. The decision to advance this development plan is based partly on the positive global outlook for the lithium industry, and the Maricunga project's exceptional position as a potential world-class operation. It is also being taken after considering the impact that COVID-19 has had on discussions with Chile's state-owned mining company, Codelco, under MSB's Memorandum of Understanding. Codelco is reviewing the Maricunga project with a view on how best to develop the entire Maricunga salar under joint ownership. The resource contained in these properties is included in the previously released NI43-101 and JORC resource statements (Definitive Feasibility Study of MSB Blanco Lithium Carbonate Project; 17 January 2019) that are part of the Definitive Feasibility Study. The exploitation of the lithium brine within the Old Code concessions is also included in the approved project EIA along with the existing Chilean Nuclear Commission (CCHEN) permits. Most importantly, having received all of the required Chilean Government development and environmental approvals necessary for the start of construction, the key decisions for the development of Stage One now lie solely with MSB and its owners. Stage One represents a lower capital expenditure, fully permitted project that can take advantage of future developments in the global lithium industry. MSB remains committed to evaluating and progressing alternative development plans for the subsequent stages with Codelco and the Chilean authorities. This will advance the original strategy to consolidate the Maricunga Salar by developing the remainder of the mining concessions, known as the New Code concessions, to provide substantial future growth for the project.공고 • Nov 25Bearing Lithium Corp. announced that it expects to receive $0.78625 million in fundingBearing Lithium Corp. Provides Business Update on the Maricunga Lithium ProjectBearing Lithium Corp. announced to provide a corporate update on the progress of the Maricunga Lithium Project in Chile, owned and operated by Minera Salar Blanco SA. Chile voted on October 25 to change the country's 40-year-old constitution in a national referendum, which sets in motion a two-year process to draft a new charter for the country. More than 78% of Chileans voted to approve the drafting of a new constitution. Voters are expected to elect in April 2021 a 155- member assembly to draft the new charter, which will need to be approved in a plebiscite in 2022. The Chilean Government maintained a staged re-opening of its economy during the quarter. All personnel at MSB continued to work remotely on the project's development, with no field work being conducted. MSB received its environmental approval (RCA) for the Maricunga Project on February 4, 2020. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) was submitted to the Chilean Authority, Servicio de Evaluacion Ambiental (SEA), in September 2018. It included comprehensive, 11,400-page document, the culmination of more than two years of field and desk work. Under Chilean regulations, any public claims on the conditions or nature of the approved EIA were to be received by mid-May 2020. They then require responses from SEA and/or MSB. During this public review process, MSB received eight claims on the conditions of the EIA. MSB and SEA are jointly responding to these claims to the Committee of Ministers. This group is working through the resolutions that have been submitted by MSB and SEA and will consider their response. During this process, the authorization received in February, remains in effect. The EPC bidding process project continues, with two major global engineering groups chosen to provide a comprehensive construction proposal. A local, specialised engineering company, Cruz y Davila, was engaged to represent MSB as its Owner Engineering Company. It is preparing an in-depth report analysing the proposals received. Discussions and communication with a number of well-established companies regarding product off-take agreements and project finance continue despite the emergence of COVID-19. Treadstone Resource Partners, out of Sydney Australia, have been appointed as MSB's advisor to further these discussions. Activities involving the Maricunga project continue under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Chilean State-owned mining company, CODELCO, and MSB. This process is expected to be finalised in the upcoming months. Is New 90 Day High Low • Oct 06New 90-day high: CA$0.22The company is up 83% from its price of CA$0.12 on 06 July 2020. 공고 • Mar 20Bearing Lithium Corp. Activities expected to commence during April.

공고 • Jan 28Bearing Lithium Corp. Activities associated with engineering and financing will continue, complementing the adjustments on the Stage One design of the project and to ensure continuity in fast-tracking the development timeline through 2021.

공고 • Dec 10Bearing Lithium Corp. This will advance the original strategy to consolidate the Maricunga Salar by developing the remainder of the mining concessions, known as the New Code concessions, to provide substantial future growth for the project.

공고 • Nov 08Bearing Lithium Corp.
