Revenue for the twelve months ending June 30, 2020, are approximately $42 million with an estimated adjusted EBITDA of $6 million. (TSX:CCL.B) signed a binding agreement to acquire Graphic West International ApS for an enterprise value of approximately $36 million on August 10, 2020. The enterprise value of the transaction, net of cash and debt, is approximately $36 million. Graphic West International ApS will be integrated into CCL’s Healthcare & Specialty business and will immediately adopt their trading identity. Upon completion, Graphic West International will trade as CCL Specialty Cartons. Revenue for the twelve months ending June 30, 2020, are approximately $42 million with an estimated adjusted EBITDA of $6 million. Closing of this transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close early in the fourth quarter 2020. As of October 1, 2020 the transaction received regulatory approval in Poland.
