Trailing 12-month net loss: AU$14m Forecast net loss in 3 years: AU$32m This is considered a minor risk. Companies that are not profitable are more likely to be burning through cash and less likely to be well established. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. Without profits, the company is under pressure to grow significantly while potentially having to reduce costs and possibly needing to take on debt or raise capital to remain afloat. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk Revenue is less than US$1m. Companies with a small market capitalization are most likely businesses that have not yet released a product to market or are simply a very small company without a wide reach. Either way, risk is elevated with these companies because there is a chance the product may not come to fruition or the company's addressable market or demand may not be as large as expected. In addition, if the company's size is the main factor, it is less likely to have many investors and analysts following it and scrutinizing its performance and outlook. Results delineated a strong coherent north-south 1.7km striking, 250m wide, gold anomaly with core peak values including 4.97 g/t Au, 1.77 g/t Au, 1.67 g/t Au and 1.36 g/t Au. The new gold anomaly is an outstanding target for follow up aircore drilling, that is planned to commence during this quarter. Infill auger drilling resumed at the Mankono Ouest permit in December 2022 over the Southern Gold anomaly. Results were received from the laboratory for 1,061 samples, corresponding to 299 auger holes, totaling 1,982 metres. These latest results, which complete the results that were previously released, returned an outstanding, very coherent gold anomaly of 1.7 km north-south strike and 250 m wide. The anomaly is coherent at +50 ppb in auger samples, including continuous trends at +150 ppb. Peak gold values in these high-grade trends include 4.97 g/t Au, 1.77 g/t Au, 1.67 g/t Au and 1.37 g/t Au. Multi-element assays also returned excellent correlations between gold, tellurium, bismuth andarsenic. Underlying lithologies and structural controls were interpreted using multi-element assays from the termite mound samples and some of the first pass auger samples and from the detailed magnetic imagery. This geological context depicts a perfect match for a gold deposit that correlates with the anomaly, being a north-south contact zone between a granite on the west and mafic rocks on the east. Auger holes are drilled vertically from surface to the top part of the saprolite, allowing the collection of an "in situ sample". Depths of the drill holes vary from 2 m to 15 m, depending on the thickness of the transported layers and of the lateritic horizon. Two samples are typically collected in each drill hole, one at the base of the laterite, where gold remobilisation can occur and also highlight some dispersion from the in-situ source, and a second one at the top of the saprolite, basically the last two composited metres of the hole. The area of the new gold anomaly is typically cultivated by annual crops, associated with some cashew tree plantations. There are no outcrops and no indication of any artisanal or illegal gold mining, which makes the target very exciting as the ground has not been disturbed. A follow-up aircore drilling program, totaling 2,000 to 2,500 metres, is expected to commence later during this quarter. The auger infill program is continuing over the other anomalous trends previously highlighted over the Southern Gold Anomaly. The program totals approximately 15,000 metres, including the metres completed in December 2022. At least two of the termite mound +30 ppb anomalies still have the same size potential as the anomaly that host the results reported in this announcement.공고 • Jan 18Wia Gold Limited Reports Discovery of Two New Significant Surface Gold Anomalies At the Bouaflé Project in Côte d'ivoireWia Gold Limited reported the discovery of two new significant surface gold anomalies at the Bouaflé Project in Côte d'Ivoire. The two anomalies - the Eastern anomaly with a plus 4 km strike and the South-eastern anomaly with a 1.5 km strike - were identified from a recently completed termite mound sampling program that followed up on the priority zones previously defined from stream sediments survey results. The Eastern anomaly returned high grade samples including 2044 ppb, 2001 ppb, 1395 ppb, 1381 ppb and 1313 ppb Au. An auger drilling program has commenced over these gold anomalies to test the underlaying structures. A systematic stream sediments survey completed over the Bouaflé Project in 2022 identified priority zones for follow-up surface sampling 1. A total of 2,619 termite mound samples were collected in Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 2022 over these zones, the results of which are reported in this announcement. The results have confirmed the presence of two new significant anomalies, the Eastern gold anomaly, which is +4 km strike and the South-eastern gold anomaly, which is 1.5 km strike. The Eastern gold anomaly is very coherent and includes a strong core of high gold values including 2044 ppb, 2001 ppb, 1395 ppb, 1381 ppb and 1313 ppb. It lies over sediments with a high magnetic signature, identifying a more mafic composition than the surrounding rocks. The area also hosts numerous gold artisanal workings where sets of "en echelon" mineralised zones can be observed. The South-eastern anomaly is also very coherent and lies over the contact zone between volcano- sediments and a granitic body. An 8,500 metre auger drilling program has commenced, the objective of which is to test for the underlaying structures over both the new gold anomalies. Surface sampling over the remainder of the priority zones is planned to be carried out in Quarter 1 2023. Results from these programs are expected to identify new drilling targets, in addition to those already identified in the "historical zone" from the previously completed auger and aircore programs. A test drilling program will be prepared and planned for Quarter 2 2023, depending on these results. On the Mankono Ouest permit - Mankono Project - the auger infill program over the Southern gold anomaly resumed in December 2022. The current program comprises 15,000 metres to complete detailed coverage of the anomaly. Further exploration at Mankono, including follow up drilling, will be determined by the results of the current auger drilling. A soil sampling program has commenced at the Bocanda Project as an infill grid over the gold anomalous zone previously returned from the regional termite mounds sampling. Work on the Issia Project commenced in December 2022, with reconnaissance mapping under way. Several zones of artisanal gold mining have been identified and spodumene rich pegmatites were mapped in the permit. A regional stream sediment sampling survey is expected to commence later in the March quarter.Board Change • Nov 24High number of new and inexperienced directorsThere are 3 new directors who have joined the board in the last 3 years. New Risk • Nov 14New minor risk - Market cap sizeThe company's market capitalization is less than US$100m. Market cap: AU$150.5m (US$97.3m) This is considered a minor risk. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk Revenue is less than US$1m. Minor Risks Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (13% average weekly change). Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (26% increase in shares outstanding). 공고 • Feb 08WIA Gold Limited Reports Results from 299 Auger Holes Completed at the Mankono Ouest Permit, in Côte D'ivoireWia Gold Limited reported results from 299 auger holes completed at the Mankono Ouest permit, in Côte d'Ivoire. At least two of the termite mound +30 ppb anomalies still have the same size potential as the anomaly that host the results reported in this announcement.
공고 • Jan 18Wia Gold Limited Reports Discovery of Two New Significant Surface Gold Anomalies At the Bouaflé Project in Côte d'ivoireWia Gold Limited reported the discovery of two new significant surface gold anomalies at the Bouaflé Project in Côte d'Ivoire. A regional stream sediment sampling survey is expected to commence later in the March quarter.
