He has extensive experience providing corporate governance and compliance support as well as managing and executing corporate transactions including equity and debt capital raisings, IPO's, ASX listings and mergers and acquisitions. In conjunction with the above appointments, Ms. Jessica O'Hara has resigned as Company Secretary, allowing her to focus on her duties with OreCorp Limited.
