Increase in shares outstanding: 33% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). Infinity Mining Pilbara Projects: The Pilbara tenements comprise an extensive portfolio of Lithium, Gold, Nickel, Copper and Zinc exploration tenements located in the Pilbara region of northwest Western Australia, including the Tambourah South, Tambourah North, Strelley Gorge, Hillside, Panorama and Noreena Downs Projects. Tambourah South Project (E45/4848): The Tambourah South Project is located 80 km southwest of Marble Bar and 155 km south of Port Headland, WA. Access is via the Great Northern Highway or the Marble Bar-Port Hedland Road. The project lies within greenstones of the Apex Basalt and adjacent to the Yule Granite Complex and is located 65 km southeast of the Pilgangoora Lithium deposit. The Tambourah South Project has developed into a high-priority target area for Infinity, given its high prospectivity for Lithium and the current global interest in Lithium. Helicopter reconnaissance carried out in 2017 by Macarthur Lithium Pty Ltd. (now Infinity Mining) located and sampled Lepidolite-bearing pegmatites in the northern part of the tenement. Rock chip samples taken at the time returned anomalous Lithium up to 1.47% Li2O and anomalous LCT (Lithium-Caesium- Tantalum) pegmatite indicator geochemistry. Mapping and Rock Chip Sampling: Infinity's first major field rock chip sampling program of 225 samples was completed over the western side of the Tambourah South tenement during the June Quarter, with assay results delivered during the September quarter. Multiple stacked Lithium-bearing pegmatite units up 558 m along strike were mapped, showing evidence of the Lithium minerals spodumene and lepidolite. Samples were taken from 36 weathered outcropping pegmatites making up over 2.6 km of strike length. The rock chip sample assay results returned anomalous levels of Lithium (Li), Rubidium (Rb) and Caesium (Cs), confirming the presence of highly fractionated pegmatites with fertile Li-Cs-Ta (LCT) geochemistry. The higher assay results include 2.635 % Li2O, 0.662 % Rb, 611.3 ppm Cs, 2930 ppm Be, 734.5 ppm Ta and 427 ppm Nb. A total of 25 samples returned over 1.0% Li2O. Infinity also identified new Rubidium (Rb) exploration targets associated with Lithium-bearing pegmatites at Tambourah South, with assays up to 6,489.4 ppm Rb (0.724% Rb 2O). Results to date have defined a large Rb-anomalous zone measuring 500 x 300 m. A total of 47 samples (21% of the initial assays) returned greater than 0.25% Rb2O. RC Drilling Program: The maiden RC drilling program commencing on 2 November 2022 using Strike Drilling Contractors has been designed to test the larger lithium-bearing pegmatite bodies mapped by Infinity on the tenement. The drilling will test the depth extent of lithium mineralisation and test for any blind repetitions of additional pegmatites at depth. The results from this initial RC drilling program will be used to plan the 2023 field season, which will follow up any significant lithium intercepts returned from these drill holes.공시 • Oct 20Infinity Mining Limited Announces VTEM Survey over East Pilbara TenementsInfinity Mining Limited announced that it has engaged UTS Geophysics Pty Ltd, to fly a helicopter-borne Versatile Time-Domain Electromagnetic (VTEM Max) survey of 945 line-km over the Company's Hillside, Panorama and Strelley Gorge tenements in the East Pilbara. The four projects to be surveyed by the VTEM system lie in the mineral-rich Pilbara region of WA, which is host to copper-rich Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposits such as Sulphur Springs and Kangaroo Caves. The Hillside Project comprises four tenements (E45/4685, E45/4708, E45/4709, E45/4824) covering 397.5 km2, and is located approximately 50 km south of Marble Bar, WA. A total of 846 line-km was flown at 150 metre line spacing covering an area of 127 km2. Data was captured across two areas - Area 1 in the north covering 76 km2 and Area 2 in the south covering 51km2. The 2018 SkyTEM data was initially processed by Newexco geophysicists in Perth, with the objective of identifying conductive anomalies that may be sourced by bedrock conductors such as copper-nickel massive sulphide accumulations. All observed anomalies were ranked, with a total of 18 high-ranked anomalies considered to be worthy of follow-up work and drilling. The high-ranked anomalies are interpreted as being isolated, and may be sourced by bedrock conductors, which in some cases could be associated with massive sulphide accumulations containing copper, nickel and other metals such as gold. The SkyTEM data was recently re-interpreted by Infinity and nine of the highest-priority targets have been selected for drill testing. Some of the anomalies are located in proximity to historical copper mine workings, interpreted fault structures and anomalous geochemical results which has upgraded their priority status. The October 2022 helicopter VTEM Max survey for Hillside, consisting of two survey areas totalling 437line-km, will cover new prospective areas not previously flown by the 2018 SkyTEM survey. These areas are located over north-south trending continuations of the conductors identified in the 2018 SkyTEM survey and additional prospective greenstone geology and structural zones in the belt.공시 • Oct 19Infinity Mining Limited Receives Approvals for Maiden Drilling At Tambourah South Lithium ProjectInfinity Mining Limited announced that its neighbouring tenement holder Riversgold has now completed a Heritage survey over their property, which was needed to facilitate Infinity's access into its Tambourah South tenement for the Company to complete its maiden drilling program during this calendar year. Approvals have already been received from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety for POWs covering drilling on Tambourah South's 36 pegmatite dykes which have returned grades up to 2.635% Li2O. The identified surface pegmatite dykes make up over 2.6 kms of strike length. Currently two fertile pegmatite zones have been located in the South-western and the North-western parts of the tenement. Undulating to steep topography on the tenement varies the exposure of the surface pegmatite units. Recent field mapping has identified poorly exposed pegmatites under colluvium and alluvium suggesting that additional concealed pegmatites could also exist within and between these zones.Recent Insider Transactions • Oct 15Executive Director recently bought AU$50k worth of stockOn the 13th of October, Alan Phillips bought around 228k shares on-market at roughly AU$0.22 per share. Central Goldfields Projects: The Craig's Rest Project is part of the company’s Central Goldfields portfolio which includes eight projects in the Leonora Gold District of Western Australia. The Central Goldfields Projects are highly prospective for Archaean shear-hosted gold systems. The Central Goldfields tenements all lie in areas of Archaean greenstone, associated with major NNW-trending fault zones such as the Ursus Fault. A number of significant gold deposits, such as King of the Hills and Kailis (held by Northern Star Resources Limited) lie in close proximity to these tenements. Geology: The Craig's Rest Project is located 60 km NNW of Leonora, hosted by Archean granites. The project area includes a number of outcrops and areas of thick soil and alluvial cover. Several WNW trending shear zones cut across the tenement area. Small-scale gold mining occurred at Craig's Rest over 100 years ago, in the late 1800s. The WA Department of Mines mining database (WABMINES & MINEDEX) reports a total of 85 mine shafts, adits and open pits located at three main prospects (Garden Well, Katalina, Craig Prospects). Mine records indicate that the gold mineralisation was hosted in steeply dipping quartz reefs and stringer zones, within shear zones hosted in granite. Old mine workings at Garden Well extend over a strike length of approximately 500m. These old gold workings lie along WNW-trending shear zones. Previous RC and RAB Drilling: Previous drilling at the Craig's Rest Project included six campaigns of RC and RAB drilling, carried out by a range of companies between 1985 to 2007. The previous drilling programs were largely designed to drill underneath and along strike from the old gold workings. Several significant gold intercepts were reported from the previous drilling campaigns including: 4 m at 4.47 g/t Au from 30 m depth; 8 m at 2.17 g/t Au from 61 m depth (Aztec RC hole GW20); 4 m at 3.81 g/t Au from 50 m depth (Mt Edon Gold Mines RC hole GWRC05); 10 m at 2.4 g/t Au from 2 m depth (Mt Edon Gold Mines RC hole GWRC07); 2 m at 26.6 g/t Au from 58 m depth (Tarmoola RC hole KLRC002). 5 m at 57.9 g/t Au from 16 m depth (Tarmoola RAB hole GWRB005).공시 • Sep 27Infinity Mining Limited Announced That Further Rock Chip Sampling Has Identified Four New Lithium Pegmatite Zones At Tambourah SouthMacarthur Minerals Limited announced that Infinity Mining Limited has announced that further rock chip sampling has identified four new Lithium pegmatite zones at Tambourah South, all of which display anomalous Li, Be, Cs, Nb, Rb and Ta geochemistry, indicative of highly fractionated rare-element pegmatites. A total of 31 new rock chip samples were collected along previous unsampled pegmatites in the southwest corner of the tenement, see Figure 1. The samples were taken from strongly weathered pegmatitic material at surface. The majority of the samples consisted of Lepidolite-Albite rich or Quartz- Felspar rich pegmatites. Assay results returned a maximum of 1.775% Li2O with three samples over 1% Li2O. Seven samples returned Rb2O over 0.2%, with maximum of 0.521% Rb2O. These positive results complement the previous 225 rock chips samples collected on the tenement and increase the prospectivity for economic Li2O and Rb2O mineralisation within the Tambourah South tenement. The rock chips samples also exhibit anomalous Lithium-indicator geochemistry, with up to 9410 ppm Be, 431.3 ppm Cs, 159 ppm Nb and 250 ppm Ta. This anomalous geochemical assemblage closes matches the geochemistry obtained from the previous rock chips and continues to confirm the widespread occurrence of highly fractionated rare-element pegmatites at Tambourah South. A total of 223 lag samples (composite samples of surface rock float) were collected in the northwest corner of the tenement, in areas of poor pegmatite exposure (adjacent to pegmatite outcrops), which were previously rock chip sampled by Infinity. The samples consisted of weathered greenstone and pegmatitic rock float. Lag sample assay results returned two samples over 1% Li2O with a maximum of 1.182% Li2O and 15 samples over 0.1% Li2O. The geochemically anomalous Li2O over 0.1% defined two areas around the known pegmatites in the southern part of sampled area, one of which lies on a major fault zone. A third weaker zone of patchy geochemically elevated Li2O over 0.05% was identified in the northern part of the sampled area. The lag sample assay results also returned elevated to anomalous Li-indicator (Be, Cs, Nb, Rb, Ta) geochemistry. These results indicate that the pegmatites could be more widespread than previously thought. A more detailed analysis of these data is underway. The aim is to establish an exploration method for fingerprinting poorly exposed Li-bearing pegmatites, then apply this methodology to the wider tenement area to discover additional Li-pegmatite bodies concealed under thin colluvium and soil cover.공시 • Sep 23Infinity Mining Limited Announces Recent Rock Chip Samples from Craigs Rest Have Returned Highly Anomalous Assays Up to 37.64 G/T AuInfinity Mining Limited announced that recent rock chip samples from Craigs Rest have returned highly anomalous assays up to 37.64 g/t Au. The Craig's Rest Project (P37/8468, E37/1442) is part of Infinity's Central Goldfields portfolio which includes eight projects in the Leonora Gold District of Western Australia. The Central Goldfields Projects are highly prospective for Archaean shear-hosted gold systems. The Central Goldfields tenements all lie in areas of Archaean greenstone, associated with major NNW-trending fault zones such as the Ursus Fault. A number of significant gold deposits, such as King of the Hills (held by Red 5 Limited) and Kailis (held by Northern Star Resources Limited) lie in close proximity to these tenements. The Craig's Rest Project is located 60 km NNW of Leonora, hosted by Archean granites. The tenement area includes a number of outcrops and areas of thick soil and alluvial cover. Mine records indicate that the gold mineralization was hosted in steeply dipping quartz reefs and stringer zones, within shear zones hosted in granite. Workings at Garden Well extend over a strike length of approximately 500 m. These old gold mine workings are located along interpreted WNW-trending shear zones. A rock chip sampling program was carried out by Infinity at the Craig's Rest Project to confirm the presence of gold in the areas around the old gold workings. A total of 47 rock chip samples were collected in the areas around the Garden Well, Katalina and Craig Prospects. Six (6) of the samples returned anomalous gold assays over 1 g/t Au with a maximum of 37.64 g/t Au. A number of WNW-trending and EW-trending structural target zones have been identified at Craig's Rest for further exploration work. Regional WA government magnetic images have been used to identify linear magnetic lows which are interpreted as altered /magnetic-depleted structural (fault) zones. The Garden Well, Katalina and Craig's prospects lie along these linear magnetic-depleted fault zones but have not been explored along strike. These structural target zones with be explored further, for shear- hosted gold mineralisation. Aircore drilling and soil auger drilling programs are planned over the coming months over the structural target zones, which occur along strike from the main gold prospects. Aircore and auger drilling is required to penetrate through the thick zones of soil and alluvial cover.공시 • Sep 20Infinity Mining Limited Announces Two Drone Magnetic High Targets At Chicago ProjectInfinity Mining Limited announced that two magnetic high targets have been identified at the Chicago Project, Central Goldfields, Western Australia. These targets will be drill tested later in 2022 for buried shear-hosted gold mineralisation. The Chicago Project (M37/983) is part of Infinity's Central Goldfields portfolio which includes eight projects in the Leonora Gold District of Western Australia. The Central Goldfields Projects are highly prospective for Archaean shear-hosted gold systems and Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) base-metal deposits. The Central Goldfields tenements all lie in areas of Archaean greenstone, associated with major NNW- trending fault zones such as the Ursus Fault. A number of significant gold deposits, such as King of the Hills and Kailis lie in close proximity to these tenements. The Chicago Project (M37/983) is hosted in mafic and ultramafic units of the Archaean Trevor's Bore Formation which have been cut by a number of ENE-trending cross structures at Chicago. The project lies approximately 10 km WSW of the King of the Hills Gold Deposit and is highly prospective for Archaean shear-hosted gold systems. Drone Magnetic Survey: A drone magnetic survey was recently flown by Infinity at four Central Goldfields projects including the Chicago Project (M37/983). The survey was completed by Ultramag Geophysics Pty Ltd. in May 2022 and follow-up exploration work is ongoing. A total of 295-line km of magnetic surveying was flown over four projects at a line spacing of 20 m and flying height of 40 m, along WSW oriented lines, perpendicular to the main NNW structural fabric. Previous Mining: Small-scale gold mining occurred at Chicago over 100 years ago, in the late 1800s. The WA Department of Mines mining database (MINEDEX) reports a series of mine shafts located at Chicago and Chicago East, with gold produced from vein-style mineralisation. There is no evidence of any previous drilling on the Chicago tenement. Drone Magnetic High Targets: The Infinity drone magnetic data from the Chicago Project identified two magnetic high anomalies, located adjacent to the old gold mine workings, which lie immediately north of a major ENE-trending structure. The two magnetic targets at Chicago are thought to be caused by alteration along this major ENE-trending structure, associated with deeper gold mineralisation beneath the old gold workings. Rock Chip Sampling: A rock chip sampling program was carried out recently by Infinity at the Chicago Project to confirm the presence of gold in the areas around the old gold workings. A total of 36 rock chip samples were collected. Seven (7) of the samples returned anomalous gold assays over 0.1 g/t Au with a maximum of 2.36 g/t Au. These anomalous gold samples lie in proximity to the magnetic high targets, thereby upgrading the targets.Recent Insider Transactions • Sep 20CEO & Director recently bought AU$270k worth of stockOn the 16th of September, Josephus Groot bought around 1m shares on-market at roughly AU$0.18 per share. Highlights: A drone magnetic survey flown at the Camel Project (P37/8325), near Leonora has revealed a high-priority linear magnetic high target, which lies ~100 m west of the old gold mine workings and may represent a sub-parallel gold-bearing structure. Previous RC drilling at the Camel Project in 1986 returned anomalous gold, with intercepts up to 5 m @ 2.24 g/t Au. Previous RAB and Aircore drilling in 1996 and 1997 in the surrounding areas also returned anomalous gold results, which upgrades the linear magnetic high target. Further exploration work is planned at Camel including deeper RC drilling. Central Goldfields Projects: The Camel Project (P37/8325) is part of Infinity's Central Goldfields portfolio which includes eight projects in the Leonora Gold District. The Central Goldfields Projects are highly prospective for Archaean shear-hosted gold systems and Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) base-metal deposits. The Central Goldfields tenements all lie in areas of Archaean greenstone, associated with major fault zones such as the Ursus Fault. A number of significant gold deposits, such as King of the Hills (held by Red 5 Limited) and Kailis (held by Northern Star Resources Limited) lie in close proximity to these tenements. The Camel Project (P37/8325) is hosted in greenstones of the Gindalbie Group, in particular the meta-felsic volcanics of the Melita Formation and lies along the Melita-Emu Fault. The tenement is approximately 8 km north of Leonora and 6 km northeast of the Kailis Gold Deposit. Camel is highly prospective for Archaean shear-hosted gold systems. Drone Magnetic Survey: A drone magnetic survey was recently flown by Infinity at four Central Goldfields projects including the Camel Project (P37/8325). The survey was completed by Ultramag Geophysics Pty Ltd. in May 2022 and data interpretations are ongoing. A total of 295-line km of magnetic surveying were flown over four projects at a line spacing of 20 m and flying height of 40 m, along WSW oriented lines, perpendicular to the main NNW structural fabric. Survey details are outlined in the JORC Table 1 in Appendix 2. The Infinity drone magnetic data from the Camel Project has identified a 700 m long NNW- trending linear magnetic high, located approximately 100 m to the west of the main NNW- trending line of old gold workings. This new brownfield target is sub-parallel to the Camel linear trend of gold workings and the main regional structural trend. The linear magnetic feature at Camel could be associated with gold mineralisation along a sub-parallel structure to the west of the old workings. Small-scale gold mining occurred at Camel over 100 years ago. The NNW-trending line of old gold workings extend along a strike length of around 400 m. The WA Department of Mines mineral occurrence database (WABMINES) includes a total of 38 old workings at Camel, including shafts, stopes, shallow workings and trenches. Previous RC Drilling – 1986: The first known drilling campaign at the Camel Project included a 7-hole RC drilling program completed in 1986 by Sons of Gwalia. The shallow drilling (maximum 40 m depth) was designed to test the NNW-trending line of old workings. Gold mineralisation in the drill holes was reported in sub-vertical narrow quartz veins along 300 m strike length. The drilling identified the main quartz reef and also a potential second sub-parallel quartz reef to the west, including 5 m @ 2.24 g/t Au in hole CL001 from 32 to 37 m depth. These anomalous drill holes have never been followed up with deeper drilling. Previous exploration at Camel also included a regional RAB drilling program completed in 1996 by Goldfields Exploration. The shallow RAB drilling program was designed to test the broader Camel area, with several ENE-trending lines of RAB holes drilled on the Infinity tenement. Anomalous gold was reported in some of the RAB holes in the Camel area. The best RAB hole result was from hole SWR718 located immediately north of the Camel workings, which returned 3 m @ 0.75 g/t Au from 20 to 23 m depth. This was an end of hole sample, so the true extent of mineralisation is not known. Additional details from the 1996 RAB drilling program by Goldfields are outlined in the JORC Table 1 in Appendix 3. Previous exploration at Camel also included an Aircore drilling program completed in 1997 by St Barbara Mines. The shallow aircore holes were designed to test the area immediately west of the Camel workings. Three East-West trending lines of aircore holes were drilled to the west of Camel across the northern part of the linear magnetic. The linear magnetic target at Camel will be tested for buried shear-hosted gold mineralisation. Further exploration work is planned at Camel including deeper RC drilling.Recent Insider Transactions • Aug 24CEO & Director recently bought AU$94k worth of stockOn the 23rd of August, Josephus Groot bought around 561k shares on-market at roughly AU$0.17 per share. Initial results returned up to 2.635% Li2O, 0.662% Rb, 611.3 ppm Cs, 2930ppm Be, 734.5ppm Ta and 427ppm Nb. A total of 25 samples returned over 1.0% Li2O with 14 of these samples retuning over 1.5% Li2O. Samples were taken from 36 weathered outcropping pegmatites making up over 2.6km of strike length. Currently two main fertile pegmatite zones have been located in the south-western and northern-western parts of the tenement. Undulating to steep topography in the region varies the exposure level of the pegmatites, and poorly exposed pegmatites were identified under colluvium and alluvium suggesting that additional concealed pegmatites could also exist in and between these zones. Mapping and sampling also identified obvious spodumene rich pods within haloes of Lepidolite rich pegmatite that appear to be structurally controlled. In other areas Lepidolite rich only zones were found and, in some areas, barren quartz-feldspar pegmatites with elevated Lithium and indicator geochemistry were sampled. The distribution of the different types of pegmatite reflects the varying levels of pegmatite exposure with the tenement. Infinity now has a Programme of Works in place for a total of up to 2,500m of RC drilling over the existing mineralised pegmatites. Preparatory earthworks for the drilling are planned in the near future after a Heritage Survey was carried out in conjunction with the Palyku People. Ongoing mapping, rock and lag sampling, plus possible soil sampling is also planned up to and during the drilling program as the Company continues to identify less obvious and concealed Lithium fertile pegmatites. Infinity intends to re-assay selective rock samples for Rare Earth Elements (REE) as the current geochemical results highlight the potential for possible REE mineralisation.공시 • Aug 18Infinity Mining Limited Receives Its Programme of Works Approval from the Western Australian DepartmentInfinity Mining Limited received its programme of works approval (POW) from the Western Australian Department of Mines Industry Regulations and Safety (DMIRS) for 25 RC (Reverse Circulation) holes for 2,500m advance on its 100% owned Tambourah South Lithium Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia. The initial drilling program will target identified surface staked pegmatite units to determine the depth of these exposures. The Coppermine Project is located around 5 km SE of the 4.12 million ounce King of the Hills Gold resource, owned by Red 5 Limited. A drone magnetic survey was recently flown at four Central Goldfields projects including the Coppermine Project. The survey was completed by Ultramag Geophysics Pty Ltd. in May 2022, and data interpretations are ongoing. A total of 295 line km was flown over four projects at a line spacing of 20 m and flying height of 40 m, along WSW oriented lines, perpendicular to the main NNW structural fabric. The Coppermine Project is located 5km southwest of the 4.12 Moz King of the Hills gold mine owned by Red 5 Limited. The project area contains Archean greenstones of the Leonora-Leinster greenstone belt which appear to be underlain by the Archean granite that outcrops to the south of the licence. The Archean greenstones are poorly exposed in the Coppermine licence area and are mostly covered by thick Recent alluvium and colluvium making surface exploration difficult.공시 • Jul 29+ 1 more updateInfinity Mining Limited, Annual General Meeting, Aug 29, 2022Infinity Mining Limited, Annual General Meeting, Aug 29, 2022, at 10:30 E. The Barlow's tenement (P37/8278) is located in the Leonora Gold Mining District of the Central Goldfields. The project lies within an Archaean greenstone belt along the Ursus Fault Zone, which is also host to several significant gold deposits along strike to the SSE, such as King of the Hills and Kailis. Numerous historical shallow workings and prospecting pits occur at Barlow's. Until Infinity's involvement, the licence was held in private hands for many years and has not seen any modern-day exploration. Mapping and Rock Chip Sampling: Infinity carried out reconnaissance geological mapping and a rock chip sampling program across the Barlow's tenement in early 2022. A total of 8 rock chip samples were collected, largely from quartz veins at surface. Three of the eight rock chip samples returned high-grade gold assays over 1 ppm Au, with the high assay being 15.495 ppm Au. Aircore Drilling and Soil Sampling: After confirming high-grade gold in surface rock chip samples, a program of aircore drilling was completed by Infinity on the eastern side of the Barlow's tenement where some alluvial cover is present overlying the Archean greenstones. A total of 194 aircore holes were drilled along 150 m to 200 m spaced North-South lines, with drill sites every 25 m spacing along the lines. Holes were inclined at 60 degrees to the north, roughly perpendicular to the bedding foliation, and drilled to the Archaean greenstone basement. Drill hole depth ranged from 1 to 22 m. At each drill hole, a 1 m thick, end of hole sample was collected for analysis. A soil sampling program was then completed by Infinity on the western side of the Barlow's tenement, where cover is thinner and basement outcrop is partially exposed. Soil samples were collected along 100 m spaced North-South lines, with a sample collected every 50 m along each line. A total of 220 soil samples were collected largely from the C-horizon soil layer. The aircore samples were submitted to Jinning Testing Laboratory in Kalgoorlie, and the soil samples were submitted to ALS Kalgoorlie for gold analysis by fire assay. Gold assays for the aircore drilling and soil sampling programs returned highly anomalous results up to 0.681 ppm Au. The gold assay results have defined three significant east-west trending gold anomalies of greater than 0.1 ppm Au. The large gold zone is 480 m long and 120 m wide. Interpretation: The Barlow's tenement lies along a major shear zone associated with the Ursus Fault Zone, which is cut by a number of secondary cross-cutting structures. The large anomalous gold zone at Barlow's (Anomaly 1), is 480 m long and 120 m wide and represents a significant size target for drill testing. Anomaly 1 is also coincident with a magnetic anomaly, which is likely to be associated with a granitoid intrusion. Forward Plan: A program of RC drilling is being planned by Infinity on the Barlow's Gully Gold Project (P37/8278). Infinity intends to carry out a program of inclined RC drilling, angled underneath the three anomalous gold zones, to test for structurally hosted gold mineralisation. The three highly anomalous gold targets (Anomalies 1 to 3) have never been drilled in the past by previous explorers. Infinity is planning to drill test these anomalies in the coming months.공시 • Jun 10Infinity Mining Limited Announces Lithium Mineralisation Within Tambourah ProjectInfinity Mining Limited announced that following its helicopter-supported reconnaissance program conducted in April 2022, a series of pegmatite dykes hosting visible Lithium minerals spodumene and lepidolite have been identified and rock chip sampled, within the southern part of the South Tambourah Project, East Pilbara. The assay results from the April 2022 rock chip sampling program compliment previous rock chip sampling in 2017 and support the presence of a large system of Lithium bearing pegmatite dykes within the South Tambourah Tenement E45/4848. The South Tambourah Lithium Project and associated Northern Tambourah Lithium Project form part of Infinity's Lithium, Gold and Base Metal Pilbara Exploration Project The South Tambourah Project is located 80km south-west of Marble Bar and 155km south of Port Headland. Access is via the Great Northern Highway or the Marble Bar-Port Hedland Road. The project is within greenstones of the Apex Basalt and adjacent to the Yule Granite Complex and located 65km south-east of the Pilgangoorah Lithium deposit. The project covers the highly prospective zone (Goldilocks Zone) out to 3km from the granite-greenstone contact. The historic Tambourah North 2 Tantalum-Lithium mineral occurrence (referenced in the WA DMIRS' Minedex database) occurs in the northern part of the tenement and Tambourah 1:100,000 geology sheet (Van Kranendork et al., 2012), shows pegmatite dykes along the western edge of the tenement. Recent exploration by Riversgold Limited also identified lithium (lepidolite) bearing pegmatites along the granite greenstone contact south of the South Tambourah Project (refer to ASX Release of 28 April 2022, New Lithium Prospect Discovered at Tambourah). Helicopter reconnaissance carried out in 2017 by Macarthur Lithium Pty Ltd. (now known as Infinity Mining) located and sampled Lepidolite bearing pegmatites in the northern part of the project. Rock chip samples taken at the time returned Lithium, up to 1.47% Li2O and anomalous LCT (Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum) pegmatite indicator geochemistry. The recent helicopter-supported reconnaissance work carried out in April 2022 located and sampled additional Lepidolite-Spodumene bearing pegmatite dykes up to 10m wide and 80m long in the southern part of the project area. Rock chip samples taken on this reconnaissance trip returned up to 0.58% Li2O (calculated) from a composite sample taken over 20m along a pegmatite dyke. Anomalous LCT (Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum) pegmatite indicator geochemistry was also returned. Minrex Resources Limited, on their adjacent tenement (E45/4953) which borders the western side of Infinity's E45/4848 and closer to the granite-greenstone contract, have reported Lepidolite-Spodumene bearing pegmatites close to the tenement boundary. Rock chip sampling by Minrex has returned up to 2.56% Li2O. These pegmatites can be seen in satellite imagery trending north-east into the South Tambourah Project area. Results to date indicated that a large system of Li-bearing pegmatite dykes up to 1.25km wide could exist within the project. The strike extent of this system is unknown at this stage, however it is believed that the potential for more fractionated Spodumene dominant pegmatites exist further away from the granite/greenstone contact. A large structural zone striking north-west across the tenement is thought to have the potential to develop stacked pegmatites in proximity to a strongly magnetic ultramafic greenstone unit, similar to that found in the Pilgangoora and Wogdina Lithium deposits to the north.Board Change • Apr 27Less than half of directors are independentFollowing the recent departure of a director, there is only 1 independent director on the board. 공시 • Nov 03Infinity Mining Limited Commences Maiden Lithium Drilling Program at Tambourah in Port Headland, WAInfinity Mining Limited announced that a maiden RC drilling program has just commenced at the Tambourah South Project in the Eastern Pilbara. The results from this initial RC drilling program will be used to plan the 2023 field season, which will follow up any significant lithium intercepts returned from these drill holes.

These areas are located over north-south trending continuations of the conductors identified in the 2018 SkyTEM survey and additional prospective greenstone geology and structural zones in the belt.
공시 • Oct 19Infinity Mining Limited Receives Approvals for Maiden Drilling At Tambourah South Lithium ProjectInfinity Mining Limited announced that its neighbouring tenement holder Riversgold has now completed a Heritage survey over their property, which was needed to facilitate Infinity's access into its Tambourah South tenement for the Company to complete its maiden drilling program during this calendar year. Recent field mapping has identified poorly exposed pegmatites under colluvium and alluvium suggesting that additional concealed pegmatites could also exist within and between these zones.

공시 • Oct 12Infinity Mining Limited Announces Infinity Drilling Programs Commence At Craig's RestInfinity Mining Limited announced that Aircore and Auger drilling have recently commenced at the Craig's Rest Project in the Central Goldfields of WA. 5 m at 57.9 g/t Au from 16 m depth (Tarmoola RAB hole GWRB005).

Tambourah South is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Macarthur holds 21.65% of the issued equity and is the largest shareholder in Infinity, which is an Australian mining exploration company focused primarily on renewable rare earth minerals in Western Australia. Macarthur's spinoff to Infinity Mining, of its non-core renewable energy assets in 2021 has allowed the Company to commit its full focus to its Lake Giles Iron Project in Western Australia.
공시 • Sep 26+ 1 more updateInfinity Mining Limited Identifies Li in Further Rock SamplingInfinity Mining Limited announced it has received a further 31 rock chip assay results and 223 lag sampling assay results from its recent geochemical sampling programs on the western side of the Tambourah South tenement (E45/4848), in the Pilbara Region. The aim is to establish an exploration method for fingerprinting poorly exposed Li-bearing pegmatites, then apply this methodology to the wider tenement area to discover additional Li-pegmatite bodies concealed under thin colluvium and soil cover.

Aircore and auger drilling is required to penetrate through the thick zones of soil and alluvial cover.
공시 • Sep 20Infinity Mining Limited Announces Two Drone Magnetic High Targets At Chicago ProjectInfinity Mining Limited announced that two magnetic high targets have been identified at the Chicago Project, Central Goldfields, Western Australia. These anomalous gold samples lie in proximity to the magnetic high targets, thereby upgrading the targets.

공시 • Sep 01Infinity Mining Limited Announces Drone Magnetic Survey Identifies Brownfields Target At CamelInfinity Mining Limited announced that a high-priority linear magnetic target has been identified at the Camel Project, Central Goldfields, Western Australia. Further exploration work is planned at Camel including deeper RC drilling.

공시 • Aug 19Infinity Mining Limited Announces Assay Results from Its Recent Field Rock Chip Sampling Program Across the Western Side of the Tambourah South TenementInfinity Mining Limited announced it has received assay results from its recent field rock chip sampling program where over 225 samples were taken across the western side of the Tambourah South tenement. Infinity intends to re-assay selective rock samples for Rare Earth Elements (REE) as the current geochemical results highlight the potential for possible REE mineralisation.

공시 • Jul 01Infinity Mining Limited Announces the Discovery of Three Significant Aircore/Soil Gold Anomalies at their Barlow's Gully Gold Project in the Central Goldfields of WAInfinity Mining Limited announced the discovery of three significant aircore/soil gold anomalies at their Barlow's Gully Gold Project (Barlow's), in the Central Goldfields of WA. Infinity is planning to drill test these anomalies in the coming months.

A large structural zone striking north-west across the tenement is thought to have the potential to develop stacked pegmatites in proximity to a strongly magnetic ultramafic greenstone unit, similar to that found in the Pilgangoora and Wogdina Lithium deposits to the north.
