The Acquisition is subject to the Equatorial completing due diligence to its satisfaction and Equatorial and the Vendors obtaining all necessary regulatory, ministerial, or third party approvals required to complete the Acquisition. Completion of the Agreement is expected to occur within one month. Completion of the Agreement is expected to occur within one month.
