If Vigorous Resources meets the 90% has indicated proceed with compulsory acquisition of the outstanding REY Shares in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6A of the Corporations Act. If such compulsory acquisition occurs, REY Shareholders who have their REY Shares compulsorily acquired will not receive their Offer Consideration until after the compulsory acquisition notices are dispatched to them.
