Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company will acquire 9.6 million shares of Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company at an offer price of VND 14600 per share. Upon completion, Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company will hold 52% stake in Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company. The transaction is approved by the board of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company.
