Dai Viet Paint Group Joint Stock Company (HNX:DVG) agreed to acquire 94.74% stake in DVH Group Joint Stock Company from Bui Van Ky, Le Anh Tai, Vu Thanh Tung, Nguyen Minh Hai and Viet My Petroleum Joint Stock Company for VND 90 billion. Dai Viet Paint Group Joint Stock Company (HNX:DVG) agreed to acquire 94.74% stake in DVH Group Joint Stock Company from Bui Van Ky, Le Anh Tai, Vu Thanh Tung, Nguyen Minh Hai and Viet My Petroleum Joint Stock Company for VND 90 billion on June 15, 2023. Dai Viet Paint Group will acquire 9 million shares at no more than VND 10,000 per share. The transaction will be financed through capital withdrawal at Hung Dai Nam Group Joint Stock Company. For the year ending 2022, DVH Group generated net revenues of VND 67.3 billion and profit after tax of approximately VND 500 million. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Dai Viet Paint Group and is expected to complete in quarter three - quarter four of the year 2023. Dai Viet Paint Group Joint Stock Company (HNX:DVG) agreed to acquire 93.33% stake in Newton International Joint Stock Company from Duong Thi Ha, Nguyen Thu Ngan, Tran Thu Trang and Tran Thu Trang for VND 280 billion on April 18, 2022. Under the transaction, Dai Viet Paint Group will acquire 28 million shares of Newton International at VND 10000 per share. The consideration will be funded from the proceeds obtained from new share issuance. The transaction was approved by the Board of Dai Viet Paint Group. The transaction is subject to approval by the State Securities Commission for the issuance of shares to existing shareholders and is expected to be completed in Q2-Q3/2022.
