Jennifer takes over from Wayne Treeby, Maxis' current Chief Financial, who will be completing his contract of service and will leave Maxis at the end of September 2022 to return to his native Australia to be closer to his family. Jennifer will be joining Maxis from Celcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom), where she has held various senior positions in the span of over 14 years before her last role there as CFO. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in accounting, controllership, financial and operation management, as well as business planning and analysis. Jennifer is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Programme, as well as Insead's General Management Program and Innovation Program. She is also a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (Malaysia) and Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountants. An accountant by profession, she started her career with Arthur Andersen, and later with Ernst & Young and PWC, where she advised on M&A transactions, corporate exercises and Initial Public Offers in the UK, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Mr. Goh Seow Eng ("GSE") was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service Plc ("AIS") in Thailand, of which Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. ("Singtel") is a major shareholder. GSE led AIS's operations, with responsibility for all operating units including the core mobile business. GSE also oversaw the company's ongoing expansion into the fibre broadband market as well as the enterprise business. In his previous role with Singtel in Singapore, he served as Managing Director, Home, where he ran Singtel's fibre broadband, pay-TV and fixed line businesses as well as the customer life-cycle management and marketing communication for Singtel's consumer business in Singapore. Before joining Singtel in November 2010, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Consumer Group, at Astro Malaysia, Southeast Asia's largest pay-TV operator. Prior to that, he headed various corporate and consumer banking units at Citibank in London, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei and Tokyo and led credit card marketing for Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco.

Jennifer takes over from Wayne Treeby, Maxis' current Chief Financial, who will be completing his contract of service and will leave Maxis at the end of September 2022 to return to his native Australia to be closer to his family. Jennifer will be joining Maxis from Celcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom), where she has held various senior positions in the span of over 14 years before her last role there as CFO. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in accounting, controllership, financial and operation management, as well as business planning and analysis. Jennifer is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Programme, as well as Insead's General Management Program and Innovation Program. She is also a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (Malaysia) and Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountants. An accountant by profession, she started her career with Arthur Andersen, and later with Ernst & Young and PWC, where she advised on M&A transactions, corporate exercises and Initial Public Offers in the UK, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Wayne has been with Maxis for four and a half years and played a significant role in Maxis' successful financial management, strategic planning, and development and delivery of its converged solutions leadership vision. He helped navigate the organization through challenging telco environment and uncertainties including the Covid-19 pandemic.
