OXIDE Corporation Resolves to Establish A Sustainability Committee OXIDE Corporation resolved at a meeting held on September 14, 2023 to establish a Sustainability Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to promote activities for solving environmental, social, and governance issues with the aim of achieving both sustainable development of society and sustainable growth of the Company. The role of the Committee is to draw up policies for sustainability management, review sustainability-related business risks and opportunities, identify material issues (materiality), review initiatives, and establish KPIs. Decisions on sustainability policies and material issues will be made by the Board of Directors. The Committee will coordinate with internal meeting bodies and report to the Board of Directors on the status of company-wide activities.
