Aether Global Innovations Corp. announced that it has received CAD 1.247865 million in funding On September 29, 2025, Aether Global Innovations Corp. closed the transaction. The company issued 8,319,100 Units at a price of CAD 0.15 for gross proceeds of CAD 1,247,865. Each Unit consisted of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-half of one transferrable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Share at CAD 0.25 per Warrant Share for a 24 month period from the closing of the Offering. In connection with the Private Placement, the Company paid an aggregate cash finder fee of CAD 54,698.25 and issued an aggregate of 504,000 non-transferable finders’ warrants.
