Mr. Treweeke is a capital markets professional with more than 12 years of experience advising early-stage and small-cap companies on growth, financing, and corporate strategy. He has supported over $40 million in capital raises and contributed to CPC formations, go-public transactions, and M&A activities. He also serves as a Director of Cheelcare Inc. and advises several issuers on capital markets strategy and corporate development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Treweeke was an analyst with TMX Group, supporting transaction reviews for TSX Venture issuers. Announces Retirement of Ali Pejman as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Effective October 28,2025 Network Media Group Inc. announced that Ali Pejman has retired as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective October 28,2025. Mr. Pejman joined Network's Board in October 2019, leading to a time of major upheaval in the entertainment industry brought on by the global pandemic and subsequent labor disruptions. His steady leadership helped guide Network through these unprecedented challenges. Since joining the Board, Mr. Pejman has been instrumental in supporting the Company's development and expansion of intellectual property, leading to the greenlighting of multiple documentaries and documentary series. He served as an Executive Producer on two of Network's most celebrated productions: the Emmy-nominated Sly Lives! (The Burden of Black Genius), which premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival and launched on Hulu in partnership with Disney's Onyx Collective under the direction of Academy Award winner Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson, and Sidney, produced with Oprah Winfrey and directed by Reginald Hudlin for Apple TV+, which premiered at TIFF 2022 and received numerous accolades, including Best Documentary from the African American Film Critics Association and Outstanding Directing from the NAACP Image Awards. Network Media Group Inc. announced that it has received CAD 0.65 million in funding On October 10, 2025, Network Media Group Inc. closed the transaction. The company announced that it has completed the previously announced non-brokered private placement offering of convertible debentures (the "Debentures") with gross proceeds of CAD 650,000 (the "Offering"). The principal sum of the Debentures bear interest at the rate of 12% per annum and mature on the date that is twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance. The Offering is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, receipt of final TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Debentures and Conversion Shares issuable upon the conversion thereof will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. The issuance of the Settlement Shares are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). Network Media Group Inc. and Network Entertainment Inc. in Partnership with ABC News Studios and Neon Announce BRATS, from Director Andrew McCarthy, to Be Showcased June 7 At the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival Network Media Group Inc. and Network Entertainment Inc. in partnership with ABC News Studios and NEON, announced that BRATS, a new feature-length documentary from director Andrew McCarthy, will be showcased June 7, at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival and will premiere June 13, on Hulu in the U.S. and later this summer on Disney+ in select territories. Announced earlier this year, BRATS looks at the iconic films of the 1980s that shaped a generation and the narrative that took hold when their young stars were branded the "Brat Pack." McCarthy reunites with his fellow Brat Packers — friends, colleagues, and former foes, including Rob Lowe, Demi Moore, Ally Sheedy, Emilio Estevez, Jon Cryer, Lea Thompson, and Timothy Hutton, many of whom he had not seen for over 30 years — to answer the question: What did it mean to be part of the Brat Pack McCarthy also sits down for a first-time conversation with writer David Blum, who fatefully coined the term Brat Pack in a 1985 New York Magazine cover story. Mr. Kotlowitz has served as a Board Member of Network Media Group since 2012. Mr. Kotlowitz's sterling pedigree in sports was a tremendous asset to the Company in its early productions, and his deep experience throughout all aspects of the entertainment industry was evident during the course of his Network tenure, manifesting in his duties as an executive producer on 12 of the films in Network's acclaimed I AM franchise of feature documentaries on the world's most celebrated icons. Network Media Group Inc. Announces the Appointment of Curtis White as President Network Media Group Inc. announced the appointment of Curtis White as President of Network Media Group. Curtis was part of the founding group at Thunderbird Entertainment. Curtis spent more than a decade with Thunderbird steering the company's Business Development, Corporate Finance, and Investor Relations initiatives. Since 2019, Mr. White has been a Managing Partner of Caliber Ventures, a B.C.-based venture capital group that provides financing and advisory services for emerging technology and media companies. Caliber's investments and activities have spanned a number of sectors, including film and television, artificial intelligence, fan engagement tools, advertising, and insurance technology. Mr. White is a graduate of the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance (Honours).
