i-CABLE Communications Limited Announces Chief Financial Officer Changes, Effective from 1 February 2025 The board of directors of i-CABLE Communications Limited announced that Mr. Kwok Chi Kin (Mr. Kwok') has tendered his letter of resignation and will resign as the chief financial officer of the Company (the CFO) with effect from 1 February 2025 in order to devote more time to his family and personal commitments. Following Mr. Kwok's resignation, the Board announced that Mr. Liu David C K (Mr. Liu') has been appointed as the CFO with effect from 1 February 2025. The biographical details of Mr. Liu are set out below: Mr. Liu has over 20 years of experience in diverse industries including media, sports and entertainment. In prior finance leadership and finance business partnering roles, Mr. Liu focuses on the financial planning and analysis function in extracting key financial insights and conveying to leadership in a simplified manner to drive corporate action and business growth. i-CABLE Communications Limited Announces Executive Changes The board of directors (of i-CABLE Communications Limited announced that Mr. Kwok Chi Kin (``Mr. Kwok'') has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the ``Company Secretary'') and an authorised representative of the Company (the ``Authorised Representative'') under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ``Stock Exchange'') with effect from 28 June 2023. Mr. Kwok remains as the chief financial officer of the Company. The Board announced that Ms. Lau Yee Wa (``Ms. Lau'') has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative with effect from 28 June 2023. Ms. Lau is a director of corporate services of Tricor Services Limited, a global professional services provider specializing in integrated business, corporate and investor services. Ms. Lau has over 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, and has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies. Ms. Lau is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and an associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.
