Location: alberta, calgary Canadaお知らせ • May 20Regulus Reports Attractive Copper Extraction Rates Using Nuton Bio-Leaching and Provides Update on Integrated Sulphide Project Resource EstimateResources Inc. provided an update on the Phase Two metallurgical test program with Nuton LLC (Nuton), a Rio Tinto venture. As well, the Company is pleased to provide an update on the integrated resource estimate currently being completed with Compañía Minera Coimolache S.A. (“Coimolache”, collectively with Regulus, the “Parties”), to evaluate the integrated Coimolache Sulphide/AntaKori copper-gold project (Integrated Sulphide Project). Nuton Phase Two Program: The Company continues to work with Nuton to evaluate Nuton’s proprietary sulphide bio-leaching technologies at the AntaKori project. The Phase One program identified that material from AntaKori was amenable to Nuton’s proprietary sulphide bio-leaching technology. In the Phase Two program, a variety of conditions are being evaluated, with each test column using different sets of conditions to evaluate the optimal setup for leaching AntaKori mineralization (particularly enargite-rich high-sulphidation mineralization which makes up the bulk of ineralization at the AntaKori project). The Company is reporting on the progress of four columns today. Three of the four columns were focused on testing different conditions for enargite-rich high-sulphidation mineralization, while the other column was utilized to test chalcopyrite-dominant porphyry mineralization. The results thus far from the Phase Two program are very encouraging, as Nuton was able to achieve attractive copper extractions utilizing its Nuton bio-leaching technology on both styles of mineralization. As well, this test work has refined the understanding of which set of conditions produces attractive copper extractions for enargite-rich high-sulphidation mineralization. To date, the highest copper extraction for enargite-rich high-sulphidation mineralization is 88.3%. To date, the highest copper extraction for porphyry-hosted chalcopyrite mineralization is 87.9%. As mentioned previously, this phase of test work is designed to evaluate various conditions to establish the optimum additives for bio-leaching enargite-rich high-sulphidation mineralization. As such, two of the columns identified conditions that produced slower extraction rates and hence less favourable conditions than the column conditions that produced the 88.3% extraction. However, copper extractions in both of these columns continue to trend upwards. Four additional columns have since been started to further refine the optimal conditions achieved and reported here for leaching AntaKori’s enargite-rich high-sulphidation mineralization with Nuton’s bio-leaching technology. The Company will report on these additional columns when they are at or nearing completion. Integrated Sulphide Project: Regulus and Coimolache, owner of the Tantahuatay oxide gold mine adjacent to the AntaKori project, continue to advance the Integrated Sulphide Project resource estimate. The Parties have worked collaboratively over the past several months to develop an integrated geological model effectively blending views on geology, structure and mineralization styles, which was a critical step before moving towards an integrated resource estimate. The Parties have hired SRK Peru to develop the resource estimate on the Integrated Sulphide Project and it is anticipated that the study will be completed mid-year. As per the agreement between the Parties, the results of this study can only be publicly reported or shared with third parties upon mutual agreement of the Parties.お知らせ • Jan 15Regulus Resources Inc., Annual General Meeting, Mar 21, 2025Regulus Resources Inc., Annual General Meeting, Mar 21, 2025. Announces Delivery of Phase Two Metallurgical Samples to Nuton LLCRegulus Resources Inc. announced that it has delivered samples to Nuton LLC to begin the phase two metallurgical program utilizing Nuton's proprietary primary sulphide leaching technologies. The phase one metallurgical program determined that mineralization from AntaKori was amenable to Nuton's sulphide leaching technologies, while the phase two program is designed to expand on the results from phase one and refine the understanding regarding metallurgical recoveries for various styles of mineralization. Sample Selection, Preparation, and Methodology. Samples were selected and composited from each of the main mineralization styles at the AntaKori project: high sulphidation, skarn and porphyry. A total of eight composite samples were taken totaling 1,448.7 kg. All samples were taken from Regulus drill hole core stored in the Company's Cajamarca warehouse. The samples were shipped to SGS laboratories in Lima Peru for further sample preparation according to Nuton specifications and protocols, under the supervision of Transmin Metallurgical Consultants S.A.C. Once the samples have been prepared in SGS Lima, a small representative sample split will be sent to Nuton for detailed chemical and mineralogical analyses of each of the composite samples before commencement of the main phase two column test work. Chemical and mineralogical data will be used to predict column test results. The remaining prepared samples will be shipped from SGS Lima to Nuton's test facilities for phase two test work, which will entail samples being placed in columns with a height of 1 m, each under different controlled Nuton operating conditions. The columns will be continuously monitored and it is expected that once samples are placed into columns, the full results will be available approximately one year later.お知らせ • Aug 30Regulus Resources Inc. Provides Update on Exploration Activities and Community InitiativesRegulus Resources Inc. provided an update on its exploration activities and ongoing community initiatives at the AntaKori copper-gold project in Cajamarca, Peru. With a substantial resource already defined, the Company is reviewing various pathways to unlock value at the AntaKori deposit. Management currently believes the best pathway forward is to integrate the AntaKori deposit with the neighbouring Tantahuatay Mine and sulphide project. As the Company actively pursues these opportunities, work continues on several fronts to set the stage for development of the project in the most efficient and profitable manner for the benefit of all stakeholders. Exploration and Development Activities The collaborative program with Nuton LLC, a Rio Tinto venture ("Nuton"), to evaluate primary copper sulphide and sulfosalt leaching is progressing well. The NutonTM technologies have the potential to process arsenic-bearing copper sulphides and sulfosalts with less impact on the environment and water resources than traditional concentrator processing. The Company, working in collaboration with Nuton, has identified that the best pathway to provide near-term samples for Phase 2 column test work is to utilize the existing core the Company has stored in its warehouse. This means the Company can deliver samples to Nuton in the near-term instead of waiting for drilling to be completed. The Company plans to ship core samples to Nuton in Q3-2023 with complete Phase 2 column test results expected in approximately one year. This will result in significant cost savings for the Company as it means there is no requirement in the near-term to complete new drill holes specifically for metallurgical testing. Additionally, the Company has been actively completing a geological mapping and surface geochemical sampling program on its northern claims, where 155 samples have been collected and sent to the laboratory for full geochemical analysis. This program was initiated to better understand the potential to extend mineralization to the north of the main AntaKori resource and the recently completed drilling. This program was completed on the GF Claims, 100% owned Regulus claims and claims owned by the Regulus/Buenaventura joint venture where Regulus has a 70% interest. The Company is also evaluating opportunities to develop an exploration decline into the main AntaKori resource. The purpose of this decline would be to assist with potential future bulk sampling for metallurgical test work, as well as easier and more affordable access for future definition drilling of the existing AntaKori resource. Community Initiatives Regulus has accelerated its long-term involvement in the local community and environmental projects that benefit all stakeholders in the areas surrounding the AntaKori project, as the Company continues to advance and de-risk the project for future development. These programs, which will provide significant opportunities for the people of Cajamarca, include: The installation and technical support of satellite internet antennas, which provide fast and reliable internet access to children and teachers at various educational facilities in areas of Chugur and Hualgayoc that previously lacked connectivity; Initiatives to stimulate agricultural production with landowners in the vicinity of the AntaKori project, including livestock projects, guinea pig breeding, and the optimization of milk production, all with the aim of generating sustainable economic opportunities for the local population. The improvement and conservation of forage and vaccination campaigns in the dairy cattle-raising district of Chugur have been particularly successful - a project that will benefit over 500 families from the 14 villages in the sphere of influence of the AntaKori project, by increasing pasture production by more than 30%, which has downstream benefits of improving the quantity and quality of dairy products made in the region, and the construction and inauguration of a town square in El Chencho, financed by Regulus in a joint venture with the NGO Prodia.お知らせ • Jul 07Regulus Resources Inc. Reports Positive Nuton™? Technologies Extraction Rates on Antakori Mineralization from Phase One ProgramRegulus Resources Inc. announced positive extraction rates on mineralization from the AntaKori property, using NutonTM technologies as part of a phase one sulphide leach program with Nuton LLC. Highlights: Copper extraction rates up to 95% for samples from high sulphidation mineralization; Copper extraction rates up to 85% for samples from skarn-style mineralization; Copper extraction rates up to 75% for samples from breccia/porphyry style mineralization range; Nuton and Regulus have defined the phase two program which will entail column tests on larger-scale samples The purpose of the phase 1 program was to explore whether primary sulphide copper ores from the AntaKori property were amenable to Nuton's proprietary sulphide leach technology, and to look at a variety of test conditions which will help guide future test work. The results of the phase 1 program indicate that mineralization from AntaKori is amenable to sulphide leaching, and that a phase two program is warranted. As well, the program helped identify which test conditions warrant further evaluation. In parallel to the Nuton sulphide leaching technology, the Company is also evaluating other processing methodologies. A total of 12 coarse reject samples were taken from previously reported drill holes AK-18-021, AK-18-012, AK- 18-010 (2 samples), AK-18-028, AK-19-034, AK-18-016, AK-18-013, AK-18-014, AK-19-034 (2 samples) and AK-19-026 (See figures 1 and 2 for locations). Samples were then composited into two high sulphidation, one skarn and one breccia/porphyry sample. Chemical and mineralogical analysis of each individual sample and each composite sample was completed by Nuton to obtain a full chemical and mineralogical understanding of the material introduced to each individual shaker flask. Chemical and mineralogical assay data were used to predict shaker flask test results. The mineralogy of individual samples can be found in figure 3 while composite samples can be found in figure 4. Composite samples were then placed into shaker flasks under a variety of test conditions to evaluate amenability to sulphide leaching. The copper extraction rates can be observed in figure 5, however, it should be noted that recoveries achieved on these small scale test do not necessarily provide an indication of results that may be expected at a larger scale.お知らせ • Feb 16Regulus Resources Inc. acquired 70% interest in Colquirrumi Claims.Regulus Resources Inc. acquired 70% interest in Colquirrumi Claims on February 15, 2023.Regulus Resources Inc. completed the acquisition of 70% interest in Colquirrumi Claims on February 15, 2023.お知らせ • Feb 02Regulus Resources Inc. お知らせ • Nov 09Regulus Resources Inc. The columns will be continuously monitored and it is expected that once samples are placed into columns, the full results will be available approximately one year later.
お知らせ • Aug 30Regulus Resources Inc. The improvement and conservation of forage and vaccination campaigns in the dairy cattle-raising district of Chugur have been particularly successful - a project that will benefit over 500 families from the 14 villages in the sphere of influence of the AntaKori project, by increasing pasture production by more than 30%, which has downstream benefits of improving the quantity and quality of dairy products made in the region, and the construction and inauguration of a town square in El Chencho, financed by Regulus in a joint venture with the NGO Prodia.
お知らせ • Jul 07Regulus Resources Inc. The copper extraction rates can be observed in figure 5, however, it should be noted that recoveries achieved on these small scale test do not necessarily provide an indication of results that may be expected at a larger scale.
