Pct Ltd Announces Tests Results for Oklahoma & Grassy Creek Crude with Super Catholyte & Nanogas N2 Infused Super Catholyte PCT LTD announced Tests Results For Oklahoma & Grassy Creek Crude With Super Catholyte & Nanogas N2 Infused Super Catholyte. For the 14 day field study (7 days in Oklahoma and 7 days in Grassy Creek), a total of ten tests were run: two Spontaneous Imbibition tests at ambient temperature and eight Spontaneous Imbibition tests at a temperature of 120F. Each plug sample was saturated, using a vacuum or capillary force, with two crude oil to conduct this study. The findings from these studies run in Grassy Creek, were equal to the field study results conducted back in December 2021 at aslightincrease from 14.40% to 15.66%. When assessing the results in Oklahoma, they were much more significant with an increased oil recovery of 49.85%. This is also a reflection of the 34 gravity oil in Oklahoma as opposed to the 15 gravity oil in Grassy Creek. Due to the significant and successful results found in Oklahoma utilizing the new generator, PCT will initiate a final comprehensive field study. It will be conducted for a full week, in mid-March, upon transfer of the new-gen Catholyte generator from Oklahoma to Grassy Creek. お知らせ • May 18

PCT LTD Announces Significant Progress in Commercializing the Annihilyzer Infection Control System in the United Kingdom PCT LTD announced that in conjunction with PCT (Europe) Ltd., their efforts to commercialize its Annihilyzer Infection Control Systems with the United Kingdom’s National Health Service has taken a significant step forward, according to a senior executive of NTH Solutions UK, a subsidiary of North Tees NHS Foundation Trust, who are also PCT Europe’s exclusive trading partner. The Hospital will commence the final evaluation of PCTL’s Annihilyzer® on the live Wards following initial results that provided the evidence needed to allow the Hospital’s Infection Control Director to authorize the final phase of testing. This live study will be fully supported by the Infection Control and Operational Decontamination Cleaning Teams. The final stage of the study will utilize the National Institute of Health Research protocols, which will be clinically sponsored by Teesside University’s Microbiology Department. The 8 fully patient occupied Wards being used for the study have been subject to COVID-19 outbreaks and regular Hospital Associated Infections. PCT Ltd Engages Sheldon A. Smith as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Legal Counsel PCT LTD announced the engagement of Sheldon A. Smith, Esquire (Certified Public Accountant and Juris Doctorate), as the Company’s Interim CFO and Interim Chief Legal Counsel, beginning on January 1, 2021. PCTL and Smith have executed a contract for interim services for the first quarter of 2021. Mr. Smith will be taking the place of the current CFO Marion Sofield. Ms. Sofield is staying with the Company and will be taking on an important role in the marketing department and overseeing special projects for PCT LTD.
