Metallium Limited Reports Successful Testing Of Its Proprietary Flash Joule Heating Technology On Rare Earth Elements, Germanium, PGMs And Red Mud/Gallium Metallium Limited reported results from a series of tests to demonstrate application of its proprietary Flash Joule Heating (FJH) technology across multiple strategic metal feedstocks. The testing was conducted on a variety of feedstocks and delivered significant results across rare earth ores, germanium-bearing industrial wastes, as well as spent catalytic converters and red mud. These tests demonstrated the ability of FJH-based processing to selectively recover, separate and/or concentrate valuable materials from complex feedstocks. Details on the testing can be found here. The successful testing results included: Successfully converting raw, unbeneficiated REE ore containing approximately 12% TREO directly into a more than 83 wt% mixed REE chloride product, achieving more than 4x enrichment of NdPr in an initial unoptimized test. Successfully enriching germanium by up to 280x from zinc smelter waste, 240x from semiconductor manufacturing waste and 35x from defense-related industrial waste, demonstrating applicability across multiple strategic secondary feedstock. Successfully produced a more than 60% purity PGM-rich product containing platinum, palladium and rhodium from spent automotive catalytic converters in a single, unoptimized treatment cycle, demonstrating potential for a materially simplified recycling pathway vs. conventional processing. In the area of red mud/gallium, testing removed approximately 99% of iron and 94% of silicon while retaining approximately 95% of aluminum, with gallium concentrated into a separate product stream, demonstrating the potential to recover critical metals while upgrading a major industrial waste stream. All of the testing was initiated at the request of industry participants across defense, manufacturing and critical minerals, with commercial discussions ongoing between these participants and the company regarding potential agreements. お知らせ • Jul 28

Metallium Limited Completes First 12-Hour Continuous Flash Joule Heating Reactor Run Metallium Limited announced the successful completion of a 12-hour continuous Flash Joule Heating (FJH) reactor campaign at its Gator Point Technology Campus in Chambers County, Texas. Stable, repeatable and controlled operation of Metallium's 'Generation-1' automation systems and operating procedures were successfully completed during the 12-hour period ahead of planned multi-reactor deployment. Flash Joule Heating, the company's proprietary technology, is being commercialized at the facility as an e-Waste processing platform. This specific use of the technology is a low-carbon, high-efficiency approach to recovering critical and precious metals from e-Waste. Metallium's scale-up strategy is based on a modular parallel-reactor architecture, where throughput expansion is achieved through the operation of multiple FJH reactors united under an integrated control framework. The successful completion of extended-duration single reactor operations represents an important prerequisite step as Metallium moves into the next phase of development. The campaign also generated valuable operating data and early optimization insights across reactor throughput, feed handling, instrumentation, control systems and broader plant integration activities that support ongoing technology refinement and future reactor development. お知らせ • May 08
Metallium Limited Announces Contracts For 50% of Stage-1 Printed Circuit Board Feedstock Target Metallium Limited announced binding contracts that cover half of its 8,000 ton per annum Stage 1 throughput target of printed circuit board feedstock for its operations in the U.S. This builds on the Company's previously announced binding supply agreement with Glencore Ltd. for up to 2,400 tpa of e-scrap and feedstock including additional agreements with other established industry participants as the company continues to ramp up commissioning of its Texas Technology Campus in the Houston area. Metallium is progressing the commissioning at its Texas Technology Campus, including multi-reactor FHJ installation and testing, as well as ongoing studies into upstream pre-processing and downstream recovery pathways. Securing increasing volumes of contracted feedstocks enables the company to maintain predictable reactor utilization, execute extended processing campaigns across multiple PCB streams and generate data to support the planned multi-line scale up. お知らせ • Feb 24
