お知らせ • Feb 14First Au Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 1.5 million in fundingFirst Au Limited announced that it has entered into a binding agreement for the issuance of 500,000,000 common shares at a price of AUD 0.003 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 1,500,000 on February 13, 2023. The transaction will include participation from professional and sophisticated investors. The transaction will take place in two tranches, 142,789,991 common shares in tranche one and 357,210,009 common shares in tranche two, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company. The issuance of options is also subject to shareholders' approval of the company. The company will issue one free-attaching option for every two shares issued for 250,000,000 options, exercisable eighteen months from the date of closing at an exercise price of AUD 0.012 per share. The company will pay finders' fee of AUD 30,000 in the transaction and non-refundable deposit of AUD 50,000.
