お知らせ • Sep 13China Rare Earth Holdings Limited Announces Executive ChangesChina Rare Earth Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Chu Kin Ming ("Mr. Chu") has tendered his resignation as (i) the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary"); The Board further announce that Mr. Yu Tak Shing Eric ("Mr. Yu") has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent with effect from 13 September 2024 to fill the vacancy arising from the resignation of Mr. Chu. Mr. Yu has been an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since October 1999 and has been a certified practicing accountant of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (now known as CPA Australia) since March 1998. He graduated from the University of Wollongong, Australia in October 1993 with a Bachelor of Commerce in legal studies and accountancy. Mr. Yu has extensive experiences in the field of auditing, accounting, financial management and company secretarial matters. Mr. Jiang Dawei ("Mr. Jiang"), an executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as one of the Authorised Representatives pursuant to Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, with effect from 13 September 2024. Following the resignation of Ms. Qian Yuanying ("Ms. Qian") as executive director of the Company in May 2024, the Company has a single gender board which does not meet the requirement under Rule 13.92 of the Listing Rules.

お知らせ • May 18China Rare Earth Holdings Limited Announces Board ChangesThe board of directors of China Rare Earth Holdings Limited announced that with effect from 17 May 2024, Ms. Qian Yuanying has resigned as an executive Director and the chairman of the Board in order to devote more time to her personal and other business commitments. The Board announced that Mr. Jiang Quanlong, an executive Director of the Company of the Company, has been appointed as the Acting Chairman with effect from 17 May 2024. The biographical details of Mr. Jiang are set out below: Mr. Jiang Quanlong, aged 71, is a founding member and was previously the chairman of the Group until September 2017. Mr. Jiang is recognised as a senior economist by Jiangsu Provincial Personnel Department. Mr. Jiang has been appointed as the honorary chairman of the council of Jiangsu Rare Earth Industry Association since January 2021. Mr. Jiang has over 30 years of experience in the rare earth and refractory materials industries. Prior to the founding of the Group, Mr. Jiang had been a factory manager of arefractory materials production plant and a sales manager of a glass and ceramics manufacturing company. Mr. Jiang is also a director of YY Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Company. Mr. Jiang is the husband of Ms. Qian. From 16 August 2006 to 15 September 2017, Mr. Jiang served as the chairman and an executive director of Pan Asia Environmental Protection Group Limited.

お知らせ • Aug 01China Rare Earth Holdings Limited Announces Executive Changes, Effective August 1, 2023China Rare Earth Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Law Lap Tak has tendered his resignation as the company secretary; authorised representative of the Company and authorised representative for accepting service of process or notice on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong with effect from 1 August 2023 due to his other commitments. The Board announced that Ms. Ng will be appointed as the company secretary; authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and Process Agent to fill the vacancy arising from the resignation of Mr. Law with effect from 1 August 2023. Ms. Ng, aged 43, has over 15 years of experience in auditing, accounting and company secretarial matters. Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Ng had worked for an international accounting firm in Hong Kong and subsidiaries of several companies whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange. Ms. Ng holds a Master's Degree in International Business from the University of Ulster of the United Kingdom and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lingnan University of Hong Kong. She is also a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
