Limitless Venture Group Inc. (OTCPK:LVGI) competed the acquisition of a majority ownership in KetoSports, Inc. Limitless Venture Group Inc. (OTCPK:LVGI) executed a term sheet to acquire a majority ownership in KetoSports, Inc. on December 27, 2019. On January 14, 2020, the parties entered into a definitive agreement. The acquisition will close when LVGI has the required capital, raised through its currently filed Reg A offering. As of August 18, 2020, LVGI has closed on a $750,000 convertible note through Craft Capital Management, LLC. These funds will be used to finalize the acquisition of a majority interest in KetoSports, Inc., to hire a marketing team to increase internet awareness and sales for both KetoSports and Rokin products, to retain an investor relations and press release firm to assist LVGI with ongoing communications in order to strengthen its ties with the investment community, and expand LVGI and its current and future subsidiaries.
