For the quarter, the company expected hydrocarbon production to be at nearly 2.4 Mboe/d. The impact of the Middle East conflict for the second quarter is around 210 kboe/d, which is below the guidance communicated last quarter of 360 kboe/d. This is notably driven by the ramp-up of the Company’s production in offshore United Arab Emirates over the course of the quarter and the restart of production in the other countries in the region during June. The work program, designed to confirm and enhance drillable prospects within the Blocks, is on schedule and comprises the following operations: Reprocessing the 6,167 sq kms of 3-D seismic data. On behalf of BluEnergies Ltd. and TotalEnergies, TGS ASA is reprocessing the entire 3D seismic data set. This important process is on schedule, over 50% complete, with preliminary results to date. The primary goal of the data reprocessing is to enhance the seismic character/definition and the AVO content (Direct Hydrocarbon Indicator) of the original 3-D seismic survey completed by TGS in 2013. On behalf of BluEnergies Ltd. and TotalEnergies, GeoPartners Limited is conducting within the Blocks a Multi-Beam Eco Sounder survey comprising an area of 4,045 km² in water depths ranging from 500 meters to 3,500 meters. GeoPartners is utilizing the R/V GYRE vessel owned and operated by TDI-Brooks. This data acquisition commenced on June 19, 2026, with expected completion in Third Quarter 2026 allowing for early integration into a refined 3-D seismic data interpretation. The MBES is designed to map underwater terrain, aiding in identifying sea bottom anomalies, supporting the safe selection of future drilling locations. More specifically, the MBES identifies seabed geomorphologies (pockmarks, mud volcanoes, faults, etc.) and the presence of anomalous features (carbonates, outcrops, bacterial mats, etc.); it also performs water column imaging for the detection of anomalies related to seepage of hydrocarbons through the sea bottom. Seabed Geochemical Sampling is conducted through piston coring to collect evidence of migrated mature hydrocarbons (detection of fluorescent/natural oil compounds, hydrocarbon chromatography, thermogenic origin, etc.). Heat Flow Measurements are being performed to collect information about the relative sediment temperature and the thermal history of the undrilled Harper basin. This project completion is expected by Fourth Quarter 2026, allowing for the integration of the data into a refined 3-D data re-interpretation of the numerous leads (basin floor fans) within the Blocks. All of these program initiatives are focused on identifying drillable prospects and assisting in the selection of optimal drilling locations.Upcoming Dividend • Jun 24Upcoming dividend of €0.85 per shareEligible shareholders must have bought the stock before 01 July 2026. The new plant uses innovative recycling technology supplied by the partner Plastic Energy. It transforms hard-to-recycle plastic waste from French households, which is currently sent to landfill or incineration, into a synthetic oil through a pyrolysis process, involving heating the waste to high temperatures in an oxygen-free environment and under pressure. This advanced recycling process makes it possible to recycle waste that cannot be recycled mechanically. The synthetic oil is then treated as petrochemical feedstock, as a substitute for fossil fuels. It contributes to producing recycled plastics of the same quality as virgin plastics, compatible with the strictest requirements for food contact and medical applications. TotalEnergies signed an agreement with two French partners in 2023: Citeo and Paprec, to secure the plant’s long-term supply of plastic waste.お知らせ • Mar 17TotalEnergies Announces Start Of Production From Quiluma Offshore Gas FieldTotalEnergies announced the start of production from the Quiluma field, in which the Company holds an 11.8% interest alongside its partners Azule Energy (37.4%, operator), Cabinda Gulf Oil Company (31%) and Sonangol E&P (19.8%). A key industrial site for TotalEnergies for more than 75 years, the Antwerp platform is based on an integrated business model, which guarantees the resilience of its operations. Alongside these future-focused developments, the Antwerp platform is also facing considerable overcapacity in the petrochemicals market. In the light of the significant surplus of ethylene expected in Europe, TotalEnergies thus intends to cease operating its oldest steam cracker in Antwerp by end-2027. Indeed, the latter was historically dependent on a major contract with a third-party user of the ethylene produced, which recently decided not to renew it by end 2027. As a result, the steam cracker, which is not integrated to TotalEnergies' downstream polymer production, will no longer have any outlets for its ethylene production. The unit shutdown will allow the site to focus on its more recent steam cracker, whose ethylene production is entirely consumed by TotalEnergies' industrial units in Antwerp and Feluy. The reconfiguration will be conducted without any layoffs. The 253 employees concerned will each be offered a solution aligned with their personal situation: retirement or an internal transfer to another position based at the Antwerp site. This project is subject to the legally required employee consultation and notification process, which TotalEnergies will initiate with representatives of Antwerp platform employees in late April.お知らせ • Apr 02TotalEnergies SE (ENXTPA:TTE) completed the acquisition of VSB Holding GmbH from Partners Group Holding AG (SWX:PGHN) and other.TotalEnergies SE (ENXTPA:TTE) agreed to acquire VSB Holding GmbH from Partners Group Holding AG (SWX:PGHN) and other for €1.6 billion on December 4, 2024. お知らせ • Jul 16TotalEnergies SE Provides Production Guidance for the Second Quarter of 2026TotalEnergies SE provided production guidance for the second quarter of 2026. However, a significant portion of this production could not be lifted during the quarter and is recognized in Exploration & Production results based on the crude price from end-June (less than $70/b).

お知らせ • Jul 07BluEnergies And TotalEnergies Progress Operations On Blocks LB-26, LB-30, And LB-31 In Harper Basin Offshore LiberiaBluEnergies Ltd. provided an operations update on the work program currently being conducted on the blocks LB-26, LB-30 and LB-31 jointly with TotalEnergies in the Harper Basin, offshore Liberia. All of these program initiatives are focused on identifying drillable prospects and assisting in the selection of optimal drilling locations.

お知らせ • Mar 19+ 1 more updateTotalEnergies Starts Production At France’s First Advanced Plastics Recycling PlantTotalEnergies has launched France’s first advanced plastics recycling plant, with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons, at its Grandpuits site southeast of Paris. TotalEnergies signed an agreement with two French partners in 2023: Citeo and Paprec, to secure the plant’s long-term supply of plastic waste.

お知らせ • Apr 22+ 1 more updateTotalenergies Announces Closure of Oldest Steam Cracker At Antwerp Platform by End-2027TotalEnergies’ Antwerp platform provides an update on its investments for the future and announces plan to reconfigure its petrochemicals operations to strengthen competitiveness. This project is subject to the legally required employee consultation and notification process, which TotalEnergies will initiate with representatives of Antwerp platform employees in late April.

Deliberations are in the early stages and other bidders could emerge, while the Lisbon-based company could also decide to retain the stake if it cannot reach a final agreement with any of the parties, the people said. Representatives for Galp, Shell, Exxon, Equinor and TotalEnergies declined to comment. Galp shares jumped 21% after the company said in April that a well test “potentially” indicated Mopane could be an important commercial find in Namibia following the completion of the first phase of its exploration. The “in place” estimates for 10 billion barrels of oil equivalent are the first in a series of tests to determine how much oil the discovery contains and is recoverable.

お知らせ • Aug 17Suncor Continues Talks to Buy TotalEnergies Fort Hills Oil Sands StakeCanada’s Suncor Energy Inc. (TSX:SU) is continuing talks with French oil major TotalEnergies SE (ENXTPA:TTE) about buying its nearly one-third stake in the Fort Hills oil sands mine, Suncor’s CEO said. Chief Executive Rich Kruger said he expects a resolution of the talks this year. Canada’s second-largest oil producer is looking to increase its bitumen supplies to replace its aging Base Mine. “We generally would prefer to operate and have 100% ownership of our assets; that's generally where we think we can add the most value and be the most competitive,” Kruger said on a quarterly conference call. "Fort Hills would fit into that." Total owns a 31.23% stake in Alberta's Fort Hills, with the operator Suncor owning the rest. Suncor agreed in April to buy Total’s Canadian operations for CAD 5.5 billion ($4.08 billion), including Total’s Fort Hills interest and its 50% stake in the Surmont facility. However, ConocoPhillips (COP.N), which operates Surmont, exercised its right of first refusal to buy Total’s stake instead of Suncor, triggering a review of Suncor’s deal with Total. Kruger said Suncor also has internal options to increase its long-term bitumen supply.
