Water Intelligence plc (AIM:WATR) commences an Equity Buyback Plan for 1,956,769 shares, representing 10% of its issued share capital, under the authorization approved on October 7, 2024. Water Intelligence plc (AIM:WATR) commences share repurchases on October 17, 2024, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on October 7, 2024. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to purchase up to 1,956,769 ordinary shares, representing 10% of its issued share capital. The minimum price which may be paid for an ordinary share is £0.01 and the maximum price which may be paid for an ordinary share is an amount equal to 105% of the average of the middle market quotations for an ordinary share (as derived from the Daily Official List) for the five business days immediately preceding the date on which the ordinary share is contracted to be purchased. Water Intelligence plc Announces Executive Changes Water Intelligence plc announced that Michael Reisman, Myres S. McDougal Professor of International Law at Yale, who has served on the board since its listing on AIM in 2010, is retiring from the board. The Group also announced that the highest producing franchisee of its operating business ALD, Phil Meckley, is succeeding Dr. Reisman as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Meckley currently owns fast-growing franchises in California and Texas. He brings over twenty years of operating experience in growing ALD locations and has provided significant leadership to the entire franchise system.
