A shrinking global language gap is one of the study’s most significant findings. The research shows the performance gap between well-supported languages like English and underrepresented ones has narrowed significantly. The research highlighted standout performance from Google's Gemini Pro. It achieved high-quality scores (above 4.5 out of 5) in Kinyarwanda – a language where previous model generations struggled to produce coherent text. The study also uncovered a significant caveat for enterprises: AI progress is not necessarily linear. The research identified a "benchmark drift," where LLM capabilities can unexpectedly shift from one version to the next. The study found that the latest version of GPT fell behind smaller models on several content generation tasks, where its predecessor had been competitive. Core metrics like tokenizer efficiency, which impacts cost, also varied significantly between model generations. The study shows that model upgrades reshuffle strengths and weaknesses unpredictably, reinforcing the need to re-evaluate even familiar model families with each new release. The study concludes that as the AI landscape continues to rapidly evolve, enterprises must move beyond public leaderboards and perform continuous, independent evaluation with each new model release to ensure it’s still the right fit for their specific AI use case.お知らせ • Mar 26Rws Launches Language Weaver ProRWS, a global AI solutions company, announced the launch of Language Weaver Pro, a powerful new enterprise-grade AI translation solution designed to deliver accurate, contextually-fluent and secure translations at scale. The new service helps pharmaceutical sponsors and clinical research organizations (CROs) reduce one of the biggest risks in CNS studies: variability in how clinical raters assess patients. Even small differences in rater judgment can significantly affect trial data, timelines and outcomes. RWS's CNS rater training service ensures that clinicians involved in patient assessments are properly qualified, consistently trained and monitored throughout the life of a trial. The service is designed for complex, global CNS programs, where long study durations, multiple assessment points and geographically dispersed teams increase the risk of inconsistent data. As CNS trials become more global, decentralized and digitally enabled, challenges such as inconsistent onboardboarding, certification drift and uneven use of assessment tools have become harder to manage. These risks are often compounded by the use of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) technologies across different regions and languages. RWS addresses these challenges by combining specialist CNS scientific expertise with structured training design and secure, scalable digital delivery. The service supports the full rater lifecycle and aligns with protocol requirements, regulatory expectations and modern eCOA workflows. Service features: The CNS rater training service includes: Rater qualification and eligibility review, based on CNS-specific experience and protocol-defined criteria; Customized, indication- and scale-specific training, developed by experts in CNS clinician-reported and rater-administered outcome measures; Digital certification and remediation workflows, with automated tracking and certificate issuance; Ongoing retraining and refreshers to reduce rater drift during long or multi-phase studies; Centralized tracking and reporting to support monitoring, inspections and audits. Training can be delivered globally and in multiple languages - supported by RWS's eLearning development, localization, multimedia and linguistic validation capabilities. The service is technology-agnostic and can be used alongside any eCOA platform, ensuring consistent rater training regardless of how endpoint data is collected. The launch expands RWS's portfolio of CNS-focused solutions for life sciences organizations, supporting the clinical content and data lifecycle - from outcome assessment strategy and licensing to training, localization and AI-enabled workflows.お知らせ • Jan 08RWS Holdings plc, Annual General Meeting, Feb 11, 2026RWS Holdings plc, Annual General Meeting, Feb 11, 2026. The patent describes methods to handle large volumes of multilingual content by automatically analyzing each project and recommending the smart mix of linguists, machine translation engines, large language models, resources and workflows. It weighs content analysis, risk, value, complexity, deadlines and security - delivering a clear, data-backed path to the right outcome. Powered by AI historical performance data and rich context, Translation Decision Assistant predicts outcomes, clusters content and instantly routes translation tasks to the best linguistic resources - human and machine. It automatically flags sensitive information and enforces strict security controls, ensuring only authorized translators can access the right assets -- making multilingual workflows more secure. By formalizing how content value, insights, historical performance and security models are combined into an automated decision layer, the patent establishes a foundation for agent-based systems that can plan, decide and act without continuous human supervision. At the same time, it supports human review and feedback, which are continuously fed back into the learning loop to improve future outcomes. The invention will underpin the next generation of content transformation and orchestration technology, enabling organizations to achieve defined quality standards at scale while focusing human expertise - and cost - where it delivers the greatest impact.お知らせ • Dec 13+ 1 more updateRWS Holdings plc Recommends Final Dividend in Respect of the Financial Year Ended 30 September 2025, Payable on 20 February 2026The Directors of RWS Holdings plc recommend a final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2025 of 4.6 pence per ordinary share, to be paid on 20 February 2026 to shareholders who are on the register at 16 January 2026.お知らせ • Nov 29RWS Holdings plc to Report Fiscal Year 2025 Results on Dec 11, 2025RWS Holdings plc announced that they will report fiscal year 2025 results on Dec 11, 2025お知らせ • Oct 28RWS Holdings plc Provides Earnings Guidance for the Full Year Ended 30 September 2025RWS Holdings plc provided earnings guidance for the full year ended 30 September 2025. This unique combination of human and artificial intelligence has the potential to revolutionize translation processes by significantly reducing the time it takes to achieve near human-like quality output. The patent-pending capability of Evolve first analyzes Language Weaver's initial translation of the content, checks the quality and suggests areas where the translation can be further improved. It then uses a large language model, fine-tuned by Language Weaver's linguistic experts, to target those parts of the content that require further edits and automatically delivers a better translation of that content -- in near real-time. Designed with security in mind, Language Weaver ensures that client content and information remain confidential throughout the process. RWS's in-house language specialists and data scientists have been involved in every step of Evolve's development. Language Weaver's pioneering innovation will enable companies to benefit from a platform that achieves human-like translation quality, almost instantly, significantly reducing the time required for a human-in-the-loop during the translation process. This allows language specialists to focus their skills and cultural expertise on content that requires their attention. As a result of RWS and Language Weaver enabling greater translation volumes and faster turnaround times, organizations will be able to benefit from these efficiencies in several ways. High tech companies can improve the global product experience across all touchpoints; retailers can improve their customer experience to increase global revenue; and highly regulated industries can gain greater confidence through increased translation accuracy.お知らせ • Oct 26RWS Holdings plc to Report Second Half, 2023 Results on Dec 12, 2023RWS Holdings plc announced that they will report second half, 2023 results on Dec 12, 2023お知らせ • Oct 05RWS Holdings plc Announces Board ChangesRWS Holdings plc confirms that Julie Southern has been appointed Independent, Non-executive Chairman, as was anticipated by the announcement on 27 July 2022. お知らせ • Apr 13RWS Announces Findings From TrainAI Multilingual LLM Synthetic Data Generation StudyRWS announced findings from its latest TrainAI Multilingual LLM Synthetic Data Generation Study, revealing that while leading large language models (LLMs) are closing the global language gap, their performance from one model generation to the next can be unpredictable. The study concludes that as the AI landscape continues to rapidly evolve, enterprises must move beyond public leaderboards and perform continuous, independent evaluation with each new model release to ensure it’s still the right fit for their specific AI use case.

お知らせ • Feb 03RWS Launches New CNS Rater Training Service to Strengthen Data Quality in Clinical TrialsRWS announced the launch of a new rater training, certification and retraining service designed specifically to improve data quality, consistency and reliability in central nervous system (CNS) clinical trials. The launch expands RWS's portfolio of CNS-focused solutions for life sciences organizations, supporting the clinical content and data lifecycle - from outcome assessment strategy and licensing to training, localization and AI-enabled workflows.

お知らせ • Dec 18RWS Receives US Patent for AI-Powered Translation Decision AssistantRWS has been granted a US patent for its Translation Decision Assistant - an advanced AI engine that transforms how organizations manage global content and translation at scale, enabling faster decisions and greater control across international teams. The invention will underpin the next generation of content transformation and orchestration technology, enabling organizations to achieve defined quality standards at scale while focusing human expertise - and cost - where it delivers the greatest impact.
