Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. Announces Board Changes Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. announced the appointment of Brian Feingold to its Advisory Board. Mr. Feingold brings over 30 years of experience across emerging technologies and global markets, including extensive work in strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and capital formation. He also has a background in electrical engineering, providing a strong technical foundation in energy systems and advanced technologies that complement his business and capital markets experience, positioning him to support CETI's continued expansion and execution of its clean energy and environmental growth strategy. Mr. Feingold's experience is expected to be particularly valuable as CETI advances its environmental platform and integrates its AirPower manufacturing and distribution platform into its broader suite of environmental and energy solutions. As part of this continued evolution, Dan Leboffe, the Company's former Chief Financial Officer and current member of the Board of Directors, will transition from the Board to serve on CETI's Advisory Board. Mr. Leboffe has been an integral part of CETI's leadership team for over five years, including the past four years as CFO, where he played a key role in strengthening financial operations and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth across the organization. Mr. Leboffe holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse. Cyber Enviro-Tech Appoints Deborah Casper-Stone, Cpa, as New Chief Financial Officer Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. announced the appointment of Deborah Casper-Stone, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Casper-Stone has been working with CETI as a financial consultant since August 2025, during which time she has played a key role in the preparation and filing of the Company's quarterly and annual reports, including its Form 10-Qs and most recent preparation of Form 10-K. During this period, she has strengthened the Company's financial reporting processes through a disciplined, organized approach focused on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness—critical elements for public company execution and investor confidence. Ms. Casper-Stone brings extensive executive and financial leadership experience, including serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of private and venture-backed companies. Her background includes SEC reporting, financial modeling, capital raising, GAAP and IFRS compliance, and managing accounting and finance functions from early-stage development through growth and scaling. Announces Board Changes On July 3, 2025, the Board of Directors of Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. appointed Mr. Donald Gritten Jr to serve as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective July 3, 2025. Besides serving as an operations and business strategy consultant to the Company for the past seven months, Mr. Gritten has over twenty years in post-merger integration, multi-state operations, and international expansion. He has led two companies to public listings, one on the U.S. OTC Markets and another on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. Announces Board Appointments On June 10, 2025, the Board of Directors of Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Dan Leboffe and Ms. Brook Brost to serve as members of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Dan Leboffe has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since February 2022 and prior to that was a consultant to the Company in finance, business strategy and accounting. His varied business background adds financial acumen and oversight expertise to the Board. Ms. Brook Brost has served as the Office Manager for Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. since its inception in 2020. She has played a key role in the Company’s day-to-day operations, contributing to administrative structure, corporate coordination, and team efficiency. Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. Announces Executive and Board Changes On June 5, 2025, Mr. TJ Agardy resigned from his positions as President and as a member of the Board of Directors of Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Agardy will now be concentrating his efforts on CETI’s majority owned business, CETI Axenic, which focuses on water remediation in the laundry industry. Effective immediately, Mr. Kim D. Southworth, the Company’s current Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the additional title and responsibilities of President. Mr. Southworth will now serve as both Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. Southworth’s appointment reflects the Company’s continued commitment to leadership continuity and operational focus as it advances its strategic objectives.
