お知らせ • Jan 29Savaria Corporation announced that it expects to receive CAD 160.005 million in funding from Caisse de dépôt et placement du QuébecSavaria Corporation (TSX:SIS) announced a brought deal private placement of 6,667,000 subscription receipts at a price of CAD 15 per receipt for gross proceeds of CAD 100,005,000 as well as a private placement of 4,000,000 subscription receipts at an issue price of CAD 15 per receipt for gross proceeds of CAD 60,000,000 for total gross proceeds of CAD 160,005,000 on January 27, 2021. The company has also granted an over-allotment option, for additional 1,600,050 subscription receipts. The transaction will include participation from Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec who will subscribe for 4,000,000 receipts of the company and accredited investors and other exempt purchasers in all provinces of Canada. The transaction is expected to close on or about February 19, 2021 and is subject to certain conditions, including the approval from Toronto Stock Exchange. The securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months from closing. The subscription receipts will entitle the holder to receive one common share of the company.
