King Resources, Inc. Announces Chief Financial Officer Changes Effective November 20, 2023, LAU Ping Kee was removed from his position as Chief Financial Officer of King Resources, Inc. Concurrently therewith, FU Wah, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Director, was appointed to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and fill the vacancy caused by Mr. Lau’s removal.
