Pinnacle Bank Announces Appointment of Mark Roach to Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer Pinnacle Bank announced that Mark Roach had joined the bank as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer. Mark has professionally served the Silicon Valley market for many years and has deep roots in community banking. Mark will partner with the Regional Presidents and Relationship Managers in support of their efforts to service existing lending clients as well as lead the evaluation of new lending opportunities. Mr. Roach has over 30 years of banking experience in commercial lending and credit risk management. He has proven expertise in evaluating complex credit requests, managing largescale portfolios, and ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory and bank policies. Before joining Pinnacle Bank, Mr. Roach was the Chief Banking Officer for Community Bank of the Bay. Pinnacle Bank Announces Vice Chairman Changes Pinnacle Bank, announced that Edward J. Rossi has been elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He takes over the position vacated by the passing of Allen R. Greco. The entire Pinnacle Bank organization was heartbroken by the passing of original founder and Vice Chairman, Allen R. Greco, earlier this spring. Mr. Greco had been a partner at Greco & Filice CPA in the Gilroy community for more than 30 years. Pinnacle Bank Appoints Michael Khan as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer Pinnacle Bank announced that Michael Khan has joined the bank as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer. Michael began his banking career at Heritage Bank of Commerce. During his tenure there, he held roles in lending and credit, developing into a well-rounded banking professional with an understanding and appreciation for both loan generation and credit quality. Prior to joining Pinnacle Bank, Michael worked for California Bank of Commerce as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager. Deanna Franklin Joins Pinnacle Bank as Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager Pinnacle Bank announced that Deanna Franklin has joined the bank as Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager.Ms. Franklin began her banking career with West America Bank in Fresno before moving to Gilroy and joining South Valley National Bank as an AVP, Small Business Loan Officer. In 2005, she joined Rabobank where she rose to VP, Business Relationship Banker. Prior to joining Pinnacle Bank, she was working in Monterey County at 1stCapital Bank. Pinnacle Bank Announces Management Changes Pinnacle Bank announced that current Deputy Chief Credit Officer, Cliff Dennett has been promoted to Chief Credit Officer following the retirement of Robert Blatter. Mr. Dennett joined Pinnacle Bank in May of 2007 and contributed to the Bank's initial growth as a Relationship Manager. In 2015, Mr. Dennett was named Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer and partnered with Mr. Blatter in support of the growing credit needs of the organization. As SLO, Mr. Dennett directed the Bank's team of seasoned underwriters and partnered with Pinnacle Bank's senior relationship management team in structuring and approving lending opportunities. Pinnacle Bank Announces Management Changes Pinnacle Bank announced that Robert Blatter will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, effective July 31, 2022. He will continue with the Bank as an Executive Vice President working closely with the company's team through February 2023. On August 1, 2022, Deputy Chief Credit Officer, Cliff Dennett will assume the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and become a part of Pinnacle's management team. Mr. Blatter joined Pinnacle Bank in February of 2007. Mr. Dennett joined Pinnacle Bank in May of 2007 and contributed to the Bank's initial growth as a Relationship Manager. In 2015, Mr. Dennett was named Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer. He oversees the underwriting team and has worked closely with Mr. Blatter to manage the credit risk monitoring processes of the organization.
