FFW Corporation Appoints Andy Bain as New Board Member FFW Corp. has reported the appointment of Andy Bain to their Board of Directors. The company said that Andy Bain, a Wabash native, is an engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in the foundry, metallurgy, and manufacturing industries. With a wealth of technical expertise and a proven track record in leadership, he has driven operational excellence, process improvements, and strategic innovation in large-scale production environments. According to a release, currently serving as Foundry Manager at The Ford Meter Box Co. Inc., Bain oversees operations for the company's captive green sand foundry, leading key technical initiatives in metallurgy, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions such as Technical Director, Quality Manager, and Supplier Metallurgical Engineer at prominent companies including Pratt & Whitney and Firth Rixson (now Howmet Aerospace). Throughout his career, he has specialized in product development, quality assurance, regulatory coordination, and process optimization, making significant contributions to manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction, and new product innovation. お知らせ • Apr 01
FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank Appoints Cynthia (Cindy) M. Riemersma as Chairman of Their Board of Directors FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank proudly announce the appointment of Cynthia (Cindy) M. Riemersma as Chairman of their Board of Directors. She succeeds Dan Ford, who will retire from the Board in October 2025 after 20 years of dedicated service, including 10 years as Board Chairman. Cindy Riemersma, a valued Board Member for nine years, brings extensive leadership experience to her new role as chairman. She attended Indiana State University and has held various management positions in her career, from Human Resources to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in manufacturing, as well as owning and operating three Sylvan Learning Center franchises. She is deeply committed to her community, actively participating in many local programs, such as the Forte Residential Stakeholder Advisory Board and Parkview’s Patients Voice Community. In the past, she has held various board positions on organizations such as WISE Inc., the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, Passages Inc. in Whitley County, The Arc of Indiana, and the American Business Women's Association (ABWA), and has also been an active supporter of the Whitley County Dazzlers. FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank Announces the Appointment of Kevin Hart to Board of Directors FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank announced the appointment of Kevin Hart to their Board of Directors. Dr. Hart is a native of Kendallville, IN. He has practiced interventional cardiology since 1997, initially with Fort Wayne Cardiology and subsequently Parkview Health System. He serves on the Parkview Heart Institute Operating Council, where he helps with strategic and operational issues. Dr. Hart is also an enthusiastic supporter of American agriculture and is both avid farmland and energy investor. He is also a strong believer in American energy independence. He appreciates the role of independent community banks and credits his success in farmland investing to the personal nature of community banking. He has served on the advisory boards of several nationally recognized agribusinesses, and currently leads multiple limited liability companies that acquire and manage farmland across the Midwest. Dr. Hart uses data analysis, trends, and modeling to guide operational improvements and investment decisions. Hart received both his undergraduate degree and his Medical degree from Indiana University. FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank Appoints Nathan Fansher as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, Effective July 3, 2023 FFW Corporation and its banking subsidiary, Crossroads Bank, announced that Nathan Fansher has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, effective July 3, 2023. Fansher joined the Bank in 2007 as a Credit Analyst. Most recently, he has served as Senior Vice President of Credit Administration. Nate will be responsible for managing the bank’s asset quality and lending portfolio to ensure it continues to meet the company's standards. He will also oversee the lending initiatives of the bank's mortgage, consumer, and leasing areas. Nate is a graduate of Manchester University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Nate is also active in the community serving on many non-profit boards.
