Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited Announces Appointment of Yan Zhang Yan as an Executive Director, Effective 1 September 2025 The board of directors of Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited announced that with effect from 1 September 2025, Mr. Yan Zhang Yan (Mr. Yan) was appointed as an executive Director of the Company. Mr. Yan, aged 28, specializes in the fields of digitalization and intelligent interactive technology of construction machinery. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and master of Fine Arts in Interactive Media from the Macau University of Science And Technology. Since 2022, Mr. Yan has served as a technical consultant for a technology company based in China, which focuses on the research and development of new energy technologies, new materials technologies, special electronic materials, and energy storage technology services. During this period, Mr. Yan participated in a number of intelligent control system optimization, digital interaction design of user interfaces, and remote monitoring technology projects for engineering equipment, thereby improving operational efficiency and overall user experience. Mr. Yan is currently pursuing a doctor of philosophy in Digital Media at Macau University of Science and Technology. His research interests include the application of human-computer interaction technology in industrial scenarios, the integration of virtual-reality fusion systems and intelligent engineering machinery. An appointment letter was entered into between Mr. Yan and the Company for a term of 2 years commencing from 1 September 2025 and is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company in accordance with the Bye-laws. お知らせ • Jul 30

Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited Announces Appointment of Sun Jingchun as an Executive Director The board of directors of Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited announced that with effect from 5 September 2024, Mr. Sun Jingchun was appointed as an executive Director of the Company. The biographical details of Mr. Sun are set out below: Mr. Sun, aged 63, obtained a bachelor's degree in radio technology and information system in July 1983 and a master's degree in communication and electronic system in April 1986, both from Tsinghua University in Beijing, the PRC. Mr. Sun has over 30 years of experience in enterprise establishment, management and market development. Mr. Sun is currently the director of EVD New Energy Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. Prior to his joining in June 2024, from January 2021 to May 2024, Mr. Sun served as the chairman and the chief executive officer of Starry Holdings Ltd., a company engaged in research and development of smart terminals and 5G private network products, as well as sales of electric vehicles and chargers, and energy storage systems in the global market. From February 2019 to March 2020, Mr. Sun had served as the chief operating officer of the Company. From September 2007 to 2018, he was the founding partner and chairman of Yellowstone Capital, a private equity fund focusing on the investment in TMT and new energy industry. From December 1999 to June 2006, he was the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Cellon International Holding Corp., the pioneer in mobile phone design, providing one-stop design and production for mobile phone manufacturers worldwide. From January 1993 to November 1999, he was the founder and president of China Dragon Electronics Co.
