Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SET:SSP) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 35,000,000 shares, representing 2.73% of its issued share capital, for THB 200 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than 115% of the average closing price of 5 business days before the repurchase date. The purpose of the program is to maximize liquidity, enhance rate of return on equity and earning per share. The program is valid till August 17, 2025. Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited Announces Dividend for 2020, Payable on May 28, 2021 Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited announced to distribute cash dividend for 2020 at the rate of THB 0.01111111111 or totaling equivalent to approximately THB 10,244,444 to accommodate for 10 percent withholding tax of assemble income pursuant to Article 50 (2) (Jor) of Thailand Revenue Code for dividend receiver. The company would like to notify the amendment of the dividend rate of cash dividends from the original that has been rounded by showing only 6 decimal places (formerly 0.011111 baht per share) to a display of 11 decimal places instead of 0.01111111111 baht per share for the accuracy of information and Continue in the relevant sections. The total of dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.11111111111 per share or equivalent to not exceeding THB 102,444,444.
