Information and Communication Networks Public Company Limited Approves Dividend for 2025, Payable on 21 May 2026 Information and Communication Networks Public Company Limited at its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 22, 2026, approved to pay additional dividend from the Company's business performance in 2025 to the shareholders at the rate of THB 0.09 (Nine Satang) per share, totaling THB 60,489,039.87 by specifying and collecting name of shareholders who are entitled to receive dividends pursuant to Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992) as amended by the Securities and Exchange Act (No. 4) B.E. 2551 (2008) by the Record Date approach on 12 March 2026, and the dividend payment is scheduled on 21 May 2026. Further to this, the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2025 held on 14 November 2025 agreed on the resolution to pay interim dividends from the Company's business performance between January 2025 - September 2025 at the rate of THB 0.06 (Six Satang) per share, totaling THB 40,326,026.58 which was paid on 12 December 2025. Therefore, from the business performance in 2025, the Company will pay the total dividend to shareholders at the rate of THB 0.15 (Fifteen Satang) per share, totaling THB 100,815,066.45 or an equivalent of 100.12 % of net profits after the deduction of corporate income tax according to the policy to distribute dividends of the Company. お知らせ • Feb 28
