Group of offerors led by Orasri Thipayaboonthong made an offer to acquire the remaining 8.8% stake in Siam Pan Group Public Company Limited (SET:SPG) for approximately THB 700 million. Group of offerors led by Orasri Thipayaboonthong("Offerors") made an offer to acquire the remaining 8.8% stake in Siam Pan Group Public Company Limited (SET:SPG) for approximately THB 700 million on January 29, 2021. Under the terms of the consideration, the offerors will acquire the remaining shares for THB 23 per share. The transaction is subject to approvals from Siam shareholders and relevant authorities, including the SET. The Board of Directors of Siam propose to the shareholders to consider and approve the transaction. The shareholder meeting will be held on March 23, 2021. Silom Advisory Company Limited acted as financial advisor for Siam. Capital Link Advisory Limited acted as financial advisor for the Offerors.
