Pack & Print Public Company Limited announced that as per the resolution passed at its Board of Directors' Meeting No. 2/2024 held on 7 March, 2024, Mr. Akio Hasebe will be proposed to be appointed at the AGM 1/2024 as anew director, position of chairman of the Company in place of Mr. Dilun Tan who retired by rotation and indicated his intention not to seek for re-election to be the director for another term due to change of role and for the resignation from director of Mr. Dilun Tan effective from April 1st 2024.
