Starflex Public Company Limited (SET:SFLEX) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 16,000,000 shares, representing 2.15% of its issued share capital for THB 45 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price not exceeding the average closing price of 5 days, prior to each repurchase date plus 115% of such average closing price. The repurchases will be funded from cash from operations.
