Quality Construction Products Public Company Limited Approves Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2024, Payable on April 18, 2025 Quality Construction Products Public Company Limited announced at the AGM held on March 21, 2025, approved dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.65 per share, totaling THB 260 million (The Company's current legal reserve had already reached THB 40 million, or equivalent to 10% of the registered capital as required by law) for the year ended December 31, 2024. The dividend shall be payable to the shareholders entitled to receive dividend according to the Company's Articles of Association, of record as of March 28, 2025 for the right to receive the dividend. The "XD" sign or the date on which the buyers of securities shall have no rights to receive the dividend will be posted on March 27, 2025. Quality Construction Products Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Year 2021, Payable on April 22, 2022 Quality Construction Products Public Company Limited at its Board of Directors Meeting, held on February 10, 2022, to propose for approval at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the dividend payment for the year 2021 at the rate of THB 0.31 per share, totaling THB 124 million, or accounting for 97% of the profit for the year, derived from the profits which are subject to corporate income tax of 20%. The natural person shareholders shall be entitled to claim tax credit equaling to the product of dividend times 20/80.
